Nathan knocked it out of the park on an after hours call - he cleared the drain line to allow the condensate line to drain. Quick and efficient!

During a maintenance dispute with my apartment complex I needed a leak diagnosed. They came out swiftly and promptly diagnosed the issue. They gave me a very well written and explanatory invoice covering the leak and damages they had found, as well as options to fix it. Nathan W and his helper were awesome!

Matt came out and did an amazing job getting our sink unclogged. He was very fast and efficient. He also gave us recommendations for maintenance in the future to avoid the problem. And he was able to figure out why our faucet pressure was terrible and fix it! He went above and beyond and I can't recommend using this company and Matt's expertise.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with having our water heater fixed. Even though it was on a weekend, and after hours, they stayed until the job was completely and perfectly done. Going above and beyond to make sure every detail was handled. While also being so professional and so friendly. We are so grateful and consider them true heroes!!

From the get-go I called and there was an actual person that would answer the phone, which I appreciate I believe it was the owner of the company? Matthew was the man that came out and assess the matter of extending my gas line so that it would be able to reach my portable generator and advise me on what I could and not what I should do. He's very personable; shared stories of his experiences and how the company got started. He got the job done in a professional way. Kudos to you Matthew. He is definitely an asset to the company, and yes I will be calling again for additional services offered by 1-Tom-Plumber.

We would definitely recommend 1-Tom Plumber and will use them again if needed. They were recommended to me by a friend of my daughter. We had used a sewer and drain cleaning service a week before but they didn't bother to clean our main sewer line even when water backed up in a bathroom while they were here. We had water backup again in that bathroom the following week so I called 1- Tom Plumber. Matthew was sent out and used a special camera in our main line and found a clog with tree roots so he used specialized cleaning tools that cleared the line right up. Matthew explained everything to us and showed us the pictures of what it looked like in the line before and after. He was very professional and nice. We feel like this company is reliable, knowledgeable, honest, and reasonably priced for the services. Give them a call if you need a great plumbing company.

The workmanship, pricing, and communication were all top notch! Had a multiple building warehouse that needed someone handy and intuitive. Highly recommend and will be using again. They installed a tankless and electric hot water heater. Ran gas lines, cleared floor drain and capped old pipes.
Nathan was outstanding on this project and so was his team. Brent kept great communication and worked with on specific products and pricing while Patrick was another guy who went the extra mile during the quoting phase of the project. I went with them over two other competing companies and happy I did.

Matthew came out to my rent house. He was very communicative. So polite and respectful to my space. Although not being able to finish the job due to owners having to make a decision, I felt he did everything in his power to resolve the issue with that he could do. Highly recommend Matthew!

We had a main line drain issue that another company wanted to charge an exorbitant amount to repair. I called late in the evening and Brent Richardson, owner, actually answered the phone, listened carefully to my situation and scheduled someone to be there at 8am the next morning after rearranging their schedule. Matt arrived on time, ran a camera down the line and cleared the line with hydro jetter. Brent stopped by as well and they double checked everything was working before leaving. I never felt rushed even though I know they had rearranged their schedules to address our issue.

Great team with phenomenal service. Took care of several things including repairs and fixture installation. Highly recommended.

Showed up on time and completed the work as quoted. Patrick was very courteous to everyone in the house and even cleaned up before he left. He was also informative about why we had an issue and I enjoyed speaking with him. He was also very nice in telling me he understood why my attempt to fix it previously had failed. I would highly recommend 1-Tom Plumber and Patrick and they will be my first call, next time, if needed.

Have been using 1-Tom -Plumber for years. They have been able to diagnose & fix problems that other plumbers were unable to resolve. I have a property management business and I only use 1-Tom, now. My schedule is very busy and Brent & Amanda have always been accomadating to get their teams dispatched as quickly as possible. All of the 1-Tom people are very knowledgeable, professional & great to work with. Highly recommend.

I had called three different plumbers all said that they where 24/7. But they were not. But 1-Tom-Plumber come through for me. I had the nice guy named Nathan W. He was at my houses for over 2 hours trying to get my problem taken care of. He also find out that the city was at fault. They was running new electric wire and run right through my sewer pipe. Big thanks to 1-Tom-Plumber and Nathan W. For everything

Called and came before appt time which was awesome. Nathan and Chris were very nice and professional they answered all of our questions, and got the clog clear and and running free again. Highly recommend.
