I had such a positive experience with Roto-Rooter, especially with the technician (Afeez O.) who came out to my home. At first, I was really skeptical because another company had brushed me off and told me it was just a washer issue. But this technician didn’t dismiss me—he got right to work, was very knowledgeable, and clearly knew what he was doing.

What I appreciated most was that he took the time to explain everything in a way I could understand. As a first-time homeowner (and a busy mom), I don’t have a lot of experience with home repairs, and he made me feel comfortable asking questions. He even gave me helpful advice on how to prevent issues in the future.

He was professional, easy to talk to, and truly made me feel like I was being taken care of rather than talked down to. I’m very grateful for his expertise and the peace of mind he gave me.

I previousy wrote a less then glowing review for Roto-Rooter Plumbing - Tulsa. In a matter of a couple of days, I received a phone call from them to personally address my concerns. We discussed the issue I had and I was impressed with their willingless to listen to me and address the matter in a friendly and professional manner. They were proactive in their customer relations and showed me that they are serious in their commitment to providing excellent service. That is becoming increasingly rare these days and I want to thank them for caring about their customers.

Simply the best service I've ever received from any other plumbing services. Quick and too the point. 3rd year in a row I've had to do quick emergency frozen pipe fixes and they keep knocking it out the park finishing the jobs in less than 20 mins . Price is a bit pricey but it was after 7 and they do the job right the first time

I don’t leave reviews often, but David is one I am willing to leave a review for. A kind and gentle man equipped with the tools to fix the job. Respectable and professional and got right to fixing our drain. Taking care to clean before he left and leave our shower better than he found it. A little goes a long way as he washed our problems down the drain (literally and figuratively!). He wished us a Merry Christmas and we appreciated his service! A masterclass in professionalism…. GREAT WORK DAVID!!

Casey was extremely polite, professional, thorough and exceptionally great at diagnosing and completing his work! The lady that called was polite and helpful. She quickly answered my questions and called back when Casey was on his way! Exceptional prices and wonderful service! The service was great! The tech arrived promptly and resolved the drain issue. While there, she also identified and repaired a faucet leak. She was very polite & professional.

Today I needed a yard faucet removed and capped, and a hose bib repaired. The technician was Christopher. He did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. He got the job done and cleaned up behind himself. I will definitely be asking for him again when I need work done. I was really impressed.

He had to fix the pipelines Williams Plumbing messed up and refused to fix. Williams were called to fix a leak claimed it was the dishwasher and cut out the adaptat fitting. He fixed easily and fixed garbage disposal in about 10 minutes. Answered my questions very friendly.

I called and a plumber was dispatched within an hour. Their pricing was super affordable, and the plumber they sent (Terry) was exceptional. He had our problem solved quickly, double checked that everything was operational, and even took the time to fix a low water pressure issue in our faucet. Top notch service! I would highly recommend using them.

Technicians were smart, professional, and personable. Over the phone, customer care was excellent and patient. The services were sufficient and prices were low enough, I asked for more service than originally requested. This company provided the best experience compared to the several other trade services I've had to use in the past. Ask for Travis and Dusty, those guys are rockstars.

I had a great experience with Roto-Rooter when they came out to fix a water leak. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. They responded quickly, diagnosed the issue right away, and explained everything clearly before starting the repair.

James was the plumber who handled the job, and he did an outstanding job. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and worked efficiently while making sure everything was done right. You can tell he takes pride in his work. He also made sure the area was clean before leaving, which I really appreciated.

Employees can’t drive for anything. Dude waits last minute to change lanes and almost smashes me in to the center median. He then stopped in the middle of the road and blocked traffic for nearly half a mile. Definitely not going to trust plumbers that can’t even drive.

I needed a 40 gallon gas hot water heater this morning and it is not even 3pm yet and Michael and Matthew from 1-Tom Plumbing are already done with the installation. This was after having to go back and get a more suitable-sized tank. I am so impressed with their courtesy, timeliness, and value. 10 out of 10, I will highly recommend to all my friends and family! Thank you 1-TOM!!!

This will be my go-to for plumbing from now on. The price was fair and the work was excellent. They repaired a gas leak and had a good system to isolate and make repairs.

This company is amazing! I had 2 leaks in a wall in my basement. They came out and fixed the problem same day. Fast, reliable, and honest! You won’t be disappointed when using 1-Tom-plumber.

My hot water supply pipe had a tinny crack and the leak was on and off. Called them this Saturday and received an answer right away. I was told the diagnostic fee was $140 or so for weekends and $79 dollars for regular weekdays. Then, I decided to have them come over on Tuesday since it was not urgent. Matt came and give me an quote of $400 for the job which was a little bit higher than I expected ( my expected range could be around $250) . Originally, I thought it was $79 for diagnostic and also $79 charge per hour. Since I already had them over, I decided to accept the quote. In 25 minutes or so, Matt cut off the pipe and replaced a section of bad PEX pipe (shown in the picture) with a new one. Overall, I am satisfied with their responsiveness. However, $400 dollar (minimal on the material and mainly for the labor cost) for a less than half hour job (excluding their drive time) is a little bit too expensive for me.
