Mr. Matt and Mr. Chris came out to our house to get it hooked up with a new water line and tie into our septic. They did a fantastic job and there were no leaks when they did the pressure test. Thank you 1 Tom Plumber for getting our family 1 step closer to moving into our new home!!!

Michael did a great job. Very thorough & explained what & how he was fixing my issue. We ran a whole new line to an existing laundry room Michael was also very efficient. Friendly too! A credit to Maston's.

If Maston's Plumbing & Drain were an "inn" or a "hotel" (The Plumber's Inn) with a staff comprised of Kale, Chris, Brandon, Sam (the man!) and Joey, they would not only "own" but knock the term "hospitality" so far out of the park, their competitors would not even come close to touching the level of service received from Maston's Plumbing & Drain and the staff.

I recognize "off-the-chart" hospitality, customer service, professionalism and passionate employees from personal experience having worked in Human Resources and hospitality.

I cannot say enough. Maston's Plumbing & Drain have the market cornered when it comes to service and staff.

I have not witnesses this level of service since working at Anaheim, Disneyland in the early 80s.

If Maston's Plumbing & Drain is not your go-to for all things plumbing, THEY SHOULD BE.

The work that Chris, Brandon, Sam (the man!) and Joey completed at our house on Tuesday is beyond a simple rating. In terms of personal satisfaction, it is "galactic."

By the time the men left, not only did we feel we had plumber's for life, but friends, too!

From the time John Mark spoke with the owner of Maston's on Thursday to our meeting with Chris on Friday, on a scale of 1 to 10 pipe wrenches with 10 being best, we are giving Maston's, the owner, and Chris each 10 pipe wrenches!!!

The personal care, enthusiasm, passion for all things plumbing, the great care taken to assess our needs and explain everything, the ease and outgoing personality of the representative who visited with us is OFF THE CHART!!

If I were 20 years younger I would want to work for this company. I was blown away by the professional courtesy and the fact that Chris was like a personal Concierge of Service. Amazing.

Michael Oxford stopped by today during a toilet crises and lived up to what I wrote in my original review for Maston’s Plumbing.

He went above and beyond and exemplified everything Maston’s represents and stands for.

Michael, Chris and the Maston’s team that I have met since last year are setting the bar that equals or exceeds what I experienced when working for Disney in 1980.

That is saying a lot! You hate for something like this to happen but when Maston’s feels like your best friend, it makes life much easier.

On a scale of 1 to 10 toilets with 10 being best, I give Michael 10 toilets!! He really deserves more.

UPDATE 8/21/24 I contacted Maston's via text message early this morning to report that the filtered water spigot had come loose from the top of the sink. They had originally completed a full plumbing overhaul of our 1962 system, as noted in my earlier review. At 8:05 AM, I received a call from Ava, who efficiently handled the situation. Minutes later, I got a text from her indicating that the plumber would arrive within the hour. I then received a text message with a link to track the plumber, Chris (the manager), on a live map interface as he headed to our house. Harmony was quickly restored, thanks to Chris and Mrs. Wiggles. Again this company is the best.

We hit the jackpot with Walter. Kitchen sink backing up on both sides and a leak under the sink. He worked until late last night and came back this morning,on his day off, to finish the leak,which turned into an even bigger job because of old pipes. Nice and courteous is only part of the equation. Professional and doing the job right the first time? Priceless...although they do put a pricey price on it. Just remember,you get what you pay for. We got first rate service. Walter at Mastens will be who we call for our plumbing needs❣️💯✔️

I wanted to have an outside faucet fixed so it would quit dripping. I called Maston's and they sent a service person (Conner) out to have a look at my faucet. They gave me choices on what needed to be done, and I chose one. He came back early the next morning had had the new faucet installed better than i thought it would be done. I will always call them for all of my plumbing problems. And the price was reasonable too.

Michael and Tate (mostly Michael) identified the problem, provided multiple options, and executed the drain repair and cleaned up the work area. Very professional and reliable. Great customer service from the team and the office. Will be using Maston's again and I highly recommend you do too.
