Darrell was amazing! I got a new sink installed this morning! York sent a photo of the technician and a few fun facts about him. I liked that! Darrell came on time, he was polite and friendly when I came through the kitchen! He knew exactly what needed to be done and he delivered! Communication was excellent with York Plumbing! Chris was great. I've worked on toilets and he pretty much did what I expected - replaced all the tank internals. He and I talked as he worked but he was quick and efficient. 5 stars for sure

We had a broken toilet that needed replacing. Robert came to our home and replaced it. He was very friendly, professional and efficient. Nothing could have gone better. Everyone I had contact with was polite and helpful. I only have one name in my contacts for a plumber.

Mr. Robert showed up when he said he would on Thursday, December 11. He was very courteous and did a thorough job of looking over our house and how he could best install a gas line to our kitchen so we can install a gas range. His estimate was much better than a previous plumbing company gave us and he based it on doing the extra work To actually climb into the attic and look around to see where he could tap into our existing gas line. He did an excellent job and we decided to go with York plumbing on the spot.

Chris was very knowledgeable, experienced and cordial. He installed two 2 inch freeze protection valves. We found the water pressure very high in one building. He, at our request incorporated a pressure reducing valve.
We found the PRV to be going bad in the other building. He replaced that at our request. He accomplished everything within the labor estimate he gave us.
We found Chris and York Plumbing to be top notch. We have found a vendor when we need service in thus area.

Robert was great! He was prompt and knowledgeable. He had our frozen pipe fixed quickly. We appreciate that he was able to get it fixed before it became a larger issue. Definitely will recommend!

He even looked at and fixed a different issue(a leaky sprayer) for me that he wasn't even told about by my rental company. (I had just found it today.) But I am so appreciative to him for doing that! I highly recommend One Way Plumbing. They were originally recommended to me by a local handy man. I have had them do several jobs for us, including remodeling a bathroom and replacing an outdoor hose bib that was leaking. They are responsive and schedule you quickly. Their pricing is fair and their employees are professional.

Mike was courteous, professional, knowledgeable in reference to what I needed done and even just looked at. He gave helpful suggestions for the future and informed me of products that I may consider not using in the future since they can cause deterioration of gaskets. I will ALWAYS tell anyone asking about a plumber to call Chad at One Way!! I wish I had a stack of business cards and a few refrigerator magnets to hand out! We work very hard for the money we have and quality work and trust is everything. They fixed a broken gas line!! Who KNEW!!!??!?
A few years ago we had several plumbers out to give me an estimate and One Way came out and we decided to go with them. I had a broken gas line in my yard. Those guys worked very hard to fix the pipe and it was a dirty job. SO MUCH DIGGING!!! They were open and honest and reasonable. I highly recommend this company and will use them for all my plumbing needs. Also... They went above and beyond and even took a look at my toilet after getting the gas line replaced at no cost. Just wonderful honest company. And let me tell you... I've never had another problem since they did that work 5 years ago for us on that gas line or toilet!!
