Chad was extremely helpful in fixing my clogged kitchen sink!! Super smooth and painless transaction and I'll be using OneWay again to swap out my upstairs shower faucet trim next week!! Highly recommend these guys!

As our first experience with One Way Plumbing (OWP), we were very glad we discovered them via their Tulsa TV ads. Mickale and his assistant were prompt, clean and polite. The purpose of the visit was for a quote of two repairs and we wound up with one task fixed on the spot and the other was to be performed at a late date as they checked and found no pending repair necessary. NO pressure and sales tactics used like other service provider have tried in the past.
OWP is now on our list of preferred service providers. Thank you OWP!

Extremely pleased with the service from One Way Plumbing… Multiple gas leaks were detected in my home, significant and small. Micheal and his small team tackled the issues in a timely manner & communicated clearly throughout what was going on what to expect on cost. Honest & fair price, great work, and things are back to normal. I wouldn’t recommend any other company.

Michael and Jeron did an excellent job. They were on time, completed the job in a timely fashion and cleaned up any debris that was caused by the work being done. Most importantly, did a great job with my repairs. I think their pricing was extremely fair as well. One way plumbing will be my “ go to” plumbing company for any future plumbing needs.

Jared has been our plumber since March 2018. He has helped us with the following jobs: Installed 2 freeze resistant exterior faucets, replaced 2 toilets with the Koehler brand, repaired a new tub faucet from a renovation in our master bathroom where a plumbing sub-contractor had installed old worn out fittings, installed a new tankless water heater, and repaired a leak in another bathroom by replacing the shower cartridge and installed a new shower head. Jared is professional, reliable, honest, very knowledgeable, answers any questions and does quality workmanship.
We plan to continue working with Jared in the future with all our plumbing needs. Definitely Jared rated 5 Stars on every job completed for us. We highly recommend Infinity Plumbing for any plumbing needs that you may have.

I was having a problem with my hot water tank over a week-end. Jared arrived within 45 minutes of being contacted. Analyzed the problem and provided a work around to get me through the week-end. On Monday, he arrived at the promised time with the necessary parts to correct the problem. I found him to be very professional, honest and concerned with my problem. I believe he went the extra mile to be sure the problem was fixed to my satisfaction. I will certainly use him for any future needs I may have.

Infinity came out to our home about 3 different times a few years ago. He refitted all the connection points coming out of the wall in the kitchen and 3 bathrooms. He had also been out for a couple of other calls. One for something leaking not sure, but he took care of it. The work he did complete for us was great and we very much appreciated it. I was glad to pay him for his efforts. I do need to be fair here. On a call after fixing the connectors we had need for fixing the bathtub and shower faucet due to old components leaking. The negative (the reason for 4 stars): His attitude toward taking care of it was not very service oriented. He suggested we put in all new plumbing which was very expensive to do and way beyond our budget at that time. We tabled his recommendation and got another opinion from another plumber who looked at the same situation and fixed it for less than $100 and did it in less than 30 minutes.

Jared and the crew at Infinity Plumbing are unbelievable!! My hot water heater was not yielding hot water this morning so I called Jared at 7:30. I figured I might hear from him sometime today but got a call back at 7:38!!! Troubleshot over the phone and had a hot shower before 8:00!!! Infinity followed up at 8:45 and a serviceman will be at my house in the AM to make sure of the fix. Really refreshing in todays world to get this type of service!!!!!!!!

Jared installed or tankless hot water system in quickly and did a great job. Offering a good price for his service. This kept the full factory warranty plus his own guarantee for his labor.

We will be installing another bath during our remodel and will be using his services again when the time comes.

Jared at Infinity plumbing did an excellent job installing a tankless water heater and removing two water heater tanks from my home. I bid the job out and Infinity was comparably priced, but Jared did by far the best job of explaining options with a very detailed written bid. With every concern I had, Jared had already thought through the problem and explained the solution. Having the person doing the work also doing the bid is a huge plus. Other bids were from salesmen that couldn't answer any questions or discuss options. After the bid Jared followed thru with an expert installation and we love our new system. I highly recommend Infinity plumbing.

Our usual guy was not available to call over the weekend and we had an emergency (no water). Infinity not only called back before I was done leaving the message but she got us in asap. Jared agreed to meet us on Christmas Eve just to take a look at our issue and said there would be no charge for the consult or the holiday call. He gave us a fair estimate, much better than we'd received from two previous plumbers, scheduled the repair, called when he said he would and finished the job on the lower end of his estimate. Couldn't be more impressed and thankful to now have an honest plumber to call when needed.
