I arrived after picking up my children from school and John was waiting for me. He got started immediately and cleaned the Main Line for me to clear up the clog. Educated me on what happened and cleaned the path leading to the house as well. Will be setting up an annual cleaning from now on with them.

If I could give half a star I would! It’s been two years and a whole new plumber coming back to repair what I paid them to do to begin with! Now after paying more money for rework, we find our hot water tank leaking because a fitting was carotid that they should have replaced! Beyond sick with what we’ve had to go through and I hope no one else ever has to.

I saw their commercial on a local station and gave them a call. I received flexible same-day service. Trevor and team kept me informed every step of the way. So glad I know who to turn to for plumbing services in the future!

This company was dispatched to my home by home warranty company. The men that came to my home were nice and courteous. I was told they needed to take pictures to show their boss and we would be contacted on how to repair. Weeks later I received a call from David, their manager who told me none of the work would be covered by warranty. Originally, we had planned on using this company for repair regardless of payment source. When I stated “I wish they would have just been honest and told me it was going to need re-plumbing rather than a repair,” David became immediately defensive. I refuse to do business with anyone that provides poor customer service so I simply stated “no worries, we will find someone else.” David then hung up on me. I called back to let him know I did not appreciate being hung up on to which he replied “I thought you hung up on me.” I explained I was not accusing anyone of dishonesty, but his immediate defensiveness definitely raised question. From that point on, I was unable to speak without David speaking over me. During the call I said “do not interrupt me,” David continued to talk over me telling me he “would not be talked to like that.” Evidently, he can speak to and treat customers however he wants but can not be treated the same way. I was told he would speak to me if I “could be civil.” I explained I was being civil but that he was speaking to me unprofessionally. On more than one occasion he raised his voice at me and was very confrontational. I have contacted my warranty company, notified them of his behavior and had my claim moved to a different company. Professionalism is definitely a strong point of management here. I refuse to allow them in my home again and would encourage others to steer clear unless to you like to be talked to like a child being scolded. You can get that for free anywhere, no need to pay David for it.

Cooper Perry has always been professional, responsive and efficient. I’ve used them on 3 separate occasions and I will be using them for any future plumbing repairs. They came to me recommended and now I recommend them myself!

I have done business with this company three times now. They are honest, friendly, and in my opinion very reasonably priced. This morning I showed up at their office (very very close to my home) at 7 am an hour before they open. I told a very nice man that came from a shop area to assist me that my garage had flooded when running the washing machine this morning. They are at my home now fixing the issue! I trust this company enough that I drop off my house key for them to fix any plumbing problems while I am at work and I leave a check or pay over the phone! I'm not sure how a plumber could be more helpful or accommodating then this?

I remodeled my bathroom, and Cooper Perry plumbing did an excellent job with installing a jacuzzi tub and adding new bathroom faucets as well as a new shower head in my bathroom. I could not be happier. They were on time, very efficient, and did a great job. I trust them to be in my house even when I am not home.
I highly recommend Cooper Perry Plumbing if you have any plumbing needs, are remodeling a home, or even if you are building a new home.

Terrible business. They have been out to my house about 6 times in the last year and haven’t completely fixed my problem and they finally told me they needed to run a camera to see if there is any bigger issues so I just spent $500 for the camera and for them to “fix” the problem. I’ve spent around 2k in the last year from them coming out and temporarily fixing my issues. This last time they came out and I spent $500, they were supposed to fix a backup in my sink and my washer is backed up, they told me it was from grease backed up in the main pipelines so they told me that they got it fixed and then the next day I did a load of clothes and my washer backed up worse than it did before and flooded my laundry room AND they broke the child locks I had on my cabinets under my sink where all the chemicals are and my child is 2 years old, you would literally have to yank these cabinets open to break them like they did and they never said anything to me about doing this. This company is TERRIBLE. I’m to the point where I need my money back from last time and I need the problem actually fixed.

This company is excellent! We had used them in the past to install a gas water heater and plumb our house for a pool heater with great results. When a gas leak was recently discovered at our house, they were called again to help us. Kudos to Caleb for finding the leak to ensure we were up and running again.

Quick, friendly, reasonable prices. Copper Perry was recommended by our condo HOA as reliable and having worked in several units on this property. Indeed, their familiarity with the property was evident and really helps with making quick, quality repairs.

During a remodel, my contractor discovered my drain lines were rotted out completely on the bottom. Cooper Perry was dispatched by my home warranty company to inspect the extent of the problem.
The tech who came, Josh, was very nice and polite but didn't do anything to look at the pipes in question. He just moved some cardboard out of the way and looked at a hole with dirt that was covering the problem area. He listened to what I described and said they would need to schedule another appointment to come out with a rented camera to get an accurate diagnosis of the problem and then he left.
Later, I spoke to another man on the phone who very rudely stated, "Your home warranty coverage is only $1000, and it could easily be a $4000-$5000 job. We aren't a finance company, so we can't do the work then have you say that you can only afford to give us $100 per month." I assured him that I had the money to pay for anything over my coverage and he said he needed to talk to the home warranty company about the camera and he would be calling me back the same day.
Today, I heard from my home warranty company saying that Cooper Perry told them that my contractor caused the break in the pipes, which is absolutely not correct. Even if it were the case, there's no way he could state that definitively when Josh didn't even move a speck of dirt to inspect the problem!
I think they either decided I couldn't afford to fix the problem or they just weren't interested in doing such an involved project and they were looking for an excuse to pass the job off to someone else.

Great company! My water heater wasn't staying lit and instead of just simply saying we needed a new one, they tried to give it a temporary fix and when that didn't work, they helped make the installation process smooth! Everyone I spoke with at the company was nice and professional.

I have been using Cooper Perry for a number of years now after they were recommended to me by the maintenance manager for the company I worked for. I have always found their service reliable, competent and reasonably priced.

Associates Jon and Jake did maintenance, repair and replacement over multiple areas in my home. They were punctual, professional, courteous and effective.
