Jared did a great job installing a tankless system for us. From our initial estimate to the final cleanup he was courteous, personable and professional. Communication with this company was excellent. Infinity plumbing has been very easy to work with and you can tell that customer service is important to them. I will definitely use Jared again when the need arises and I will recommend this company to others.

Very hard worker. This was a complex project including a tankless water heater, water softener and filter. All installed in a confined space. Also worked around our needs for water during the day. Left everything neat and clean. We are well satisfied with the quality work.

We had several plumbing projects come up all at once in our home. Based on reviews, we called Infinity Plumbing out for an estimate. We worked with Jared and he was prompt and polite. We went with them because they were competitively priced, clearly knowledgeable, and professional throughout the estimation process. The projects took about two full days and we couldn't be happier with the results. Jared kept us informed and in the loop throughout the entire process. We love our new tankless water heater and the peace of mind knowing that our other plumbing issues have been fixed in a proper and lasting fashion. We will be using Infinity Plumbing for any future plumbing needs!

**Update** We have since had Jared out for a few more projects/service calls and we are still just as pleased. We are so happy to have found a reliable and honest plumbing service!

You can either call Infinity Plumbing to re-bed your home filtration system or you can spend the countless hours I did on the phone simply trying to find a plumbing company in the Tulsa metro area who would even take the time to quote it. No other plumbing company I spoke with (probably a dozen) provides this service.
When I found my way to Infinity Plumbing's number, I assumed that the response would be the same as all the others. Infinity Plumbing promptly came out and quoted the job as well as performed the complete installation of the new media that the filtration system uses. In this specific application, I had already purchased the media and had it on hand once I could find someone to install it. Jared is a very professional and knowledgeable individual. Natalie's phone call reminders and scheduling skills were fantastic. I highly recommend.

All my experiences with Jared and Infinity Plumbing have been excellent. Jared has the knowledge and experience required to install and maintain our tankless hot water heater heater.
I have recommended him to other people and I will continue to do so in the future if anyone asks

Jared is hands down the best plumber I have had the pleasure to work with! Jared installed a Pelican Whole House system plus Grain Softener for my husband and me. The install was the most professional and best looking work I have ever seen. I have lived various places around the country with whole house systems at each home. This was the best job I have ever seen. He also recently changed a kitchen water filter, serviced our On Demand water heater and educated us about many aspects of our new home for which he charged nothing for his time. I am very impressed to say the least!

Jared & Infinity Plumbing is always amazing, can’t recommend him enough. This time we had Dudley service our tankless hot water heater. He was polite, professional and attentive. Infinity is always quick to respond and provide service or repairs.

Had a super experience with Infinity and Jared. He was very professional, prompt, efficient and reasonable. We only had what I’m sure is just considered a small job with a leak from our shower faucet, but he took the time to explain and let us know the best and worst case scenario. He came back the next day and thankfully it was the best case and an easy fix. We would definitely use him again and highly recommend.

We first used Infinity Plumbing in 2018 when our water heater went out over a weekend. We upgraded to a tankless unit at Jared's suggestion, and we are very happy with it. He finished the job when he said he would and his work was very professional. Subsequently we used Infinity when we remodeled our bathroom. He handled all the plumbing needs with the remodel, even the difficult to install free standing tub. Jared has become the only plumber I recommend.

First time customer. Was impressed with how quick they worked me in before the weekend. Guys were on time, worked hard & efficiently. Happy to have found them - will be using again.

Way too expensive.
I had them replace a valve in the sprinkler system main. I had to dig up the valve cover because they put the sprinkler system cover box on 180 degrees off. So, when I opened the cover, the box was full of mud. In an attempt to fix what they made a mess of, I saw that the valve still has a slow leak. Also in having to fix what they messed up. I damaged the piping.
Now I have to call another plumber to fix this.

We had a great experience with this company and the fellow we talked on the phone and met with was fantastic. I normally dont leave reviews but I felt this company did me right. They could have fixed all my issues that I had from a potential home buyer and charged me but instead they only fixed what truly needed it and explained to me what was or wasnt needed.

They sent two men to replace my parents' water heater. NO MASKS while they worked or while they asked my dad for payment. When I told them that my parents are 85YO and that they should wear a mask, they went into hyperspace and ignored me. One of them spit on the garage floor before leaving. They may have helped my dad, but they may have given him Covid19 in the bargain. Guess what, if he gets sick, there will be no check writing because I will not hire people like you.

The initial quote for the work to be completed was approximately $800 dollars. We agreed to the price and scheduled the day and time for the work to be done. The crew was a no show on the agreed upon date and time. Called to reschedule and again, the crew did not show up. Finally on the third attempt, 2 employees showed up and completed 1 of the 2 pieces of work we needed done. One of the employees stated that they would have to consult with another employee on the other issue (leak from an old faucet). The next time an employee came to work on the issue, he discovered that the issue was lack of caulking around the mixer. Unfortunately, this was discovered after the employee knocked a hole in the wall. To his credit, I Ok'ed the knocking out of the hole. The final bill for replacing a insta-hot water faucet in the kitchen (labor only) and for 3 plumbers to find, not fix, a water leak in the upstairs bathroom was approximately $1200. I will not be using them again.

The plumbers at cooper perry are quick, efficient, and trustworthy. I highly recommend this awesome bunch of guys. They take care of us every time we have an issue.

My family called them out for a quote and was only at my house 15 mins and took no measurements and said the boss would have to come out to be able to give a quote for us sad we waited 2 weeks for a company 2 blocks from our house to come out and look but they charge $150 to not even take measurements or give us a quote we paid for him to do less than we did ourselves and we aren't professional... Would not recommend they are not professional and charge you to provide no service..
