We called Infinity during the recent snow & extreme cold due to frozen water line. Jared was the first of four to return our call. He gave us great advice on how to thaw the line & was very helpful. We called again to have a toilet repaired. Again he was very responsive & professional, the work was quick and excellent. We will definitely call Infinity for further plumbing needs.

Won't go out to visit a house without a "decision maker" present per "company policy, so that there is no confusion on what needs to be done". If you want to get people face to face to upsell them or pressure them into signing a repair contract on the spot, just say it. When someone has a major plumbing issue, understands plumbing on a basic enough level to agree to whatever work the plumber deems required over the phone, is telling you they are going to hire you to do said work, and lives hours away.....why would you insist they be there? Makes no sense. As much as I love to drive hours to maybe meet a hopefully qualified plumber for an appointment (some past reviews mention no-shows and late rescheduling), I'd have rather just given you money to fix the issue I had.

We had called four other contractors and they had given us the run around. Jared showed up when he said, was very professional and knowledgeable. Installed a tankless water heater and new jetted tub. Very impressed on the quality and how quick the work was completed. Will use Infinity in the future.

Jared was exceptional to work with. Very personable and professional. We have used his services twice and have been very satisfied. He installed a new kitchen sink for us, and later installed a new hot water heater. Highly recommend.

Recently I had issues with a tankless hot water system. Upon doing some research on my own I found Infinity Plumbing. Everything about the experience with Infinity and Jared was incredible. His knowledge of my system, the follow through, and expense to fix my issue all were 5-star quality. I felt the communication with Infinity was great. I will use Infinity on all plumbing issues going forward

Jared was very polite. Cleaned up everything after installing a faucet for 3 sinks. He made sure everything was 100% right before he left. I will not only use Infinity Plumbing again, I have already recommended this company to neighbors and family.

Jared came to my house and installed a new water filtration system to replace the current one and installed a new water softener system. After the installation, he explained how the system works and how I can bypass the system if necessary. Jared was running late and I received a call from Mariana in the office to let me know when he would be coming which I really appreciated. I have been using Infinity for several years and really appreciate having a plumber that I can trust to do the job right.

Absolutely professional, personable, and knowledgeable. I had a mystery plumbing problem, but Jared worked until well after dark in the cold and fixed it. Highly recommend!

We used Infinity plumbing for water heater replacements in our house. The price was competitive and the work was done as promised. Its four stars instead of five because of an issue with an overflow valve. To Jared's credit, he did resolve the issue to my satisfaction. Jared is the only person at Infinity I have talked to, I believe it is a small company if that matters to you. I can't speak to work other than the water heater replacement, but that is a high dollar job in the plumbing world and I was happy with the price and the results.

I can't say enough good things about Jared and Infinity Plumbing. Besides the items above, we found Jared to be honest, quick, efficient, and very competent. It was easy to trust him, and he delivered on that trust for us. We have found our plumber and plumbing company.

Beginning to end, consummate professionalism. As communicated, Jared arrived as expected, quickly diagnosed issue, provided clear explanation, reasonable pricing, and then fitted our project into his busy schedule within a couple/few days. Besides being personable, verifiably honest, and committed to completing the job within 2-days, the workmanship was clean, neat and overall excellent, as something you’d find illustrated in a text book. During the 15+ years in Tulsa/BA, I’ve dealt with approx. 5 different plumbing companies, and Infinity Plumbing (Jared) now holds the top spot in my experience. No close second, and that’s saying a lot because my previous experiences have been relatively good ones. Infinity Plumbing is positively the best!

Jared was amazing! He was very responsive and patient while I worked through the options he gave me. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of and he worked extra hard to make sure I could get my gas turned back on as quickly as possible. We discovered a leaking Peck pipe and called Infinity late Saturday afternoon. Jared came as promised that evening and replaced the pipe joint...averting a serious leak and possible damage in our home. He was prompt, professional and got the job done. We have used Infinity before to replace our tankless water heater, add a whole- house water softener system and reverse osmosis water system. The work Jared does is always great. I recommend him for your next job!

I had a new tankless hot water system installed by Infinity Plumbing and could not be happier with the end result. Jared did a fantastic job of explaining what I should expect with the install as well as operation of the unit. Everything was done very fast and it looks great! I have just had a total knee replacement and got home from the hospital to bathrooms and showers not working. I called Infinity and they had someone out very quickly. He got right on the job and cleaned out the lines and the clog. He explained all he was going to have to do and after he made sure all was working properly and to let him know if I had any questions or problems to give him a call. I highly recommend Infinity!!!!

Being new to the area, it was not easy trying to find a water softener installer that I truly felt comfortable with. The interaction with Infinity plumbing (Jared specifically) was very easy, and didn't make me feel uncomfortable especially since the quote was more reasonable. They did a fantastic job, highly recommend them and will be using them for any future plumbing needs.

Repaired our hot water heater without trying to sell us a new replacement. Was honest in his evaluation of the problem. If we eventually need to replace will definitely call infinity plumber. I highly recommend this company.
This was my review a year ago.
This year we had a broken pipe. Called Infinity again. Jared responded quickly, told us what he needed to do to find and fix the leak. He presented the cost estimate and we approved the work. Jared took care of everything and completed the repair in a timely manner. The young lady who answers the phone and does the schedule is very pleasant and does a great job of keeping us informed. We also need a hot water heater replaced which we will schedule in the near future. Jared always shows up when he says he will, explains what the issues are and plan of action.
You will receive excellent service if you call Infinity plumbing.
