One Way Plumbing provided quick and excellent service to repair and clean out sewer lines in crawl space of our older home. They located, removed and replaced several cracked and/or leaking sewer lines and ensured lines are clear. Thanks to One Way Plumbing and we recommend and plan to call them for any future plumbing issues. To add provided a reasonable repair cost as well.

We have used One Way Plumbing on multiple occasions and have been pleased every time. This time they sent Logan out to install two new faucets and a new garbage disposal. He was on time, very informative, quick, great quality of work and was very personable! Highly recommend them!

Asked for an estimate. They showed up and completed the work without telling us any prices. Then charged $215 to twist on a gas cap. He wasn't at our house 5 minutes. Even if he had been here for 3 hours we needed an estimate. He deducted $40 when we asked for an itemized bill and said it was because he didn't make the day he was originally scheduled to be here. Still never showed us a bill. They wouldn't offer us an itemized bill at all. When I called in the women was rude to me on the phone. As if me calling the company and asking for an estimate then being charged for something we never agreed to was MY FAULT. I offered for them to correct this issue before I left a negative review of the company. She told me to "Have a nice weekend." If you live in a nice neighborhood be aware that you will be charged accordingly. The customer isn't right with this place. These positive reviews blow my mind.

This is a review for services NOT done. Which is exactly why I'm writing it.

Chad came out to give us a quote on replacing two aging hot water heaters that work together (a big family with big hot water needs lived in our house before us!). He not only told me the heaters were still in good shape, he explained how the system works and assured me that even if one broke, it would be a quick fix to shift over to using just the one that still worked. He also gave me a very reasonable estimate on the spot, just in case I wanted to have the work done anyway.

In short, this honest and thoughtful plumber talked himself out of job today, but guaranteed that he will be our go-to plumber in the future.

One Way Plumbing is an amazing group of very professional plumbers who showed up not only on time, but even early. The communication between us was fantastic and I got same-day service at no extra cost! I would recommend them for any plumbing need! 5 Stars all the way around!

There’s never a good time to hear that your water heater has gone out and it was not installed to code. One Way got us scheduled us quickly, arrived promptly and with identificationyy. They were courteous, experienced and professional. I was most impressed with the level of communication service. I hope I never need their services again, but let’s be real, chances are good that I will. If I do, it’s good to know that I can rely on Chad and his crew at One Way.

This is our fourth time using One Way Plumbing, and we have been pleased so much that we referred my sister in law. She used several different plumbing companies that did a terrible job, and One Way Plumbing fixed the issue perfectly and also was a lot cheaper. Also, Chad took my call on Super Bowl Sunday, and scheduled me in promptly. Wow!!! Absolutely amazing!!! Michael came by and fixed the issue. Such a professional as always. I called days in advance to state exactly what was needed as well as to setup a time and date for a plumber to come to my home and hook up my pool's auto refill. I was told that this was something that could be done easily with the representative on the phone. I went ahead and explained several times what was needed. A pool auto refill hooked up. It was stated yes we can do it again. So I took a day off from work and the plumber was late. The plumber showed up and didn’t know how to hook up the auto refill. Plumber stated it would be 200 bucks but didn’t know if he was going to be able to hook up the auto refill as he stated he has never done an auto refill before. So wasted day off from work and still have to find a plumber to hook up my auto refill. I have asked for a manager or supervisor to reach out to me.

I always have great customer service when I use One Way Plumbing. Whether my issue is huge or small, they are able to quickly assess, and help me with my needs. I can't recommend them highly enough! They are the best!

Not honest with his estimates. He lied to me and overcharged me thousands of dollars.

I have used One Way Plumbing several times over the last 10 years or so. I had good service the first time and every time they've been to my home. Chad was the most recent plumber that came to the house to repair and/or replace 3 faucets. He called about coming earlier than scheduled which worked good for me. He was friendly, courteous, with good work ethics. Their communication is top-notch from confirming appointment, reminder, and notification prior to the plumber arrival, the plumbers name and confirming they are on their way. I highly recommend One Way Plumbing!

We recently asked One Way to help with a leak under our kitchen sink that had us mystified. We could not find the source. Michael came out and worked diligently until he found the leak behind the wall of the sink cabinet. He and Ben then repaired it, and we have had no more leaks. We feel that the cost was reasonable considering the amount of work required.

Micheal was on time a professional. One issue: washer under faucet was not placed in the middle, so it shows on one side, otherwise he did his best to resolve problems that occurred due to faulty parts. (Product, under the sink water filter, was bought by customer and not provided by One Way Plumbing).

Another great visit today to clear kitchen clog. Learned a lot about disposals... Great communication with customer, emails/texts, always answer phone. Work is done cleanly, process explained. Very honest regarding actual need, options, services. Will not use anyone else.

This company is the best in Tulsa. After trying 5 different plumbers and now One Way 4 times, we will never look any further. Service is excellent, friendly, professional and no BS pricing or up-selling. They without question what a company should be. Thank you One Way for "old school value and honesty". The guys were prompt and very fast. It only took them 30 minutes to do the job. But with the parts they used I thought 375 was pretty expensive. I was expecting something more like 250 at the most.

I have selected One Way Plumbing for a few projects over the years such as water heater replacements, fixing leaks and adding fixtures. Chad and his team are fantastic. I really appreciate the great work they do and how they are on time, neat, clean, professional and friendly. They are neither cheap nor over priced - you will pay a competitive rate with these guys and will receive top notch service.

I had an Aquasana water system installed. The plumber arrived on time and did a complete installment by noon. He was considerate and did a neat job.
