I imagine that they are better suited for dealing with workers who are in the business. Not so much oriented towards helping the DIY crowd.

I never have had a good customer experience with Locke. Employees are downright rude.

Great customer service , the employees are very knowledgeable on what they sell, throughout the entire store

I've had better customer service dealing with Wal-Mart. Lets just put it like that.

Came to get several parts. They only had 1. Then they told me to go to Lowes. Do not recommend this location.

Today Locke did not have what I needed, so they sent me to a place called A1 sheet metal that can build me what I needed. I'm very satisfied with the service.

The guy behind the plumbing counter sucked. He acted completely annoyed that I was there and had the nerve to ask where the item I needed was located. He responded by aburptly saying the didn't have it, so I looked and found it myself. Screw that guy

Everytime I've gone in here the staff is either mean or look inconvenienced to help me. But they usually have the products you need and decent prices.

I dont normally complain ,but at this this Locke supply, the staff have always treated me like they are just annoyed that I dare ask for help. I mean this is your job right? So maybe do it. I'm hoping this isnt the same at all Locke supply. I've been to this store on a number of occasions and the re-incurring theme is 0% effort on customer support. Not everyone is an expert, that's why we come to you for help.

Stopped in yesterday to get a riser clamp. While the staff did help me find what I needed they were standoff-ish and less than helpful, borderline rude. When I got the part I went back up to the counter in front of the guy that had help me and he just ignored me till finally another guy offered to ring me up. Very awkward as a customer. I could have bought the same part off amazon, but thought I would try to support a local business. From now on I will just order from amazon. What does this business stand to gain by being rude to their non-commercial customers? Maybe they should just go back to commercial account business only and not selling to the public.

I have to echo the negative reviews read here. While this location does have a broad selection of quality trade materials, the customer service is grating—this is directed toward the plumbing department. If you go in, just don’t expect any decent interaction with the dudes behind the desk. This isn’t a deal breaker but the outright refusal for staff to wear face coverings during a pandemic (when OK is surging, yet again) is. Every time I have gone in with my face covering, I of course hear a flurry of anti-mask talk and the associated political viewpoints. My fiancée is a healthcare worker at a hospital and I wear my mask to protect other people.

I have been to this location many times and the poor customer service has been a constant. All together this terrible customer service experience is not worth the effort. I will take my money to another business.

I bought a hot water tank a month ago in Tulsa. The water tank was not heating up so I called and spoke to a guy name Roger. I was explaining the problem that I'm having and he was very rude, talking down to me as if they weren't going to help me. I will never purchase another item from Locke!

Drove 10+ miles to Locke on Admiral and asked the guy in plumbing if could help me. I showed him the part, He said "No, That's weird. Never seen that before". Spent 30 seconds with the guy then I left. It was the most unhelpful place I've ever been. I do not recommend.

Pretty miserable experience due to a lack of customer service. It's tough giving a company money when the cashier makes you feel dumb. I would encourage the owner of Locke Supply to invest in some customer service training. Otherwise, good luck staying in business.

On Sat Jan 14,2017 the motor in my mothers heating unit at her house burned up. The heat and air service company my mother use's, called Locke's Supply Warehouse about 15 minutes to noon asking if they had a motor. The clerk said he did but he had just closed for the day. The service man he would reopen so he could come get the motor, but he soul have to charge him $100 to reopen the store. Mind you the clerk was still at the store, he had not left. That is outrageous to charge someone $100 dollars to reopen his store. I mean basically, to unlock the door when he drives up.

I have never heard of that happening before. Trust I will gladly tell this story to everyone I know. I will also encourage people not to shop with this company again. You can put me down as one very, very dissatisfied customer.

We purchased a pump to recirculate water through our tankless water heater. We bought the one that the store employee assured us was the right one. Then Covid hit! We were unable to even open the box! Upon closer examination and after reviewing the instructions on the water heater, we found that the employee sold us a sump pump, NOT a recirculating pump. We tried to return the pump but didn’t have the receipt. The store informed us that their policy was NO REFUNDS without receipt. We asked for store credit and were denied.
Wow! Delay in return due to illness and no sympathy or allowance for that. We are senior citizens on a fixed income and because of a store employee error we are out over $150 for a piece of equipment that is useless to us.
    VERY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE!

Over several visits I've generally been pleased with a great selection and good prices. But pricing must depend on who rings you up, as today I got charged well over double Lowes and HomeDepot prices for some basic drain fittings. No surprise, the guy who rang it up was a jerk.
