I have gone to Locke on numerous occasions over the years thinking that if the big box store didn't have what I needed they surely would. I cannot recall on occasion where they A. Had what I needed or B. Treated me with respect. They act as if I am from Mars if I describe what I need or even show them a part I am trying to replace. I thought maybe it was either because I am not a pro or because I am a woman but I am seeing other reviewers have had the poor customer service I have had. They are simply rude and unhelpful. Making your customers feel stupid is not a way to build your business. I don't know why I have given you chance after chance.

I understand why the other reviewer gave you one star. You’re lucky you have some plumbing businesses that rely on your store because if you had to stay open with your customer service skills, you’d be out of business. Our first and only experience with this location was one of the most memorable bad experiences we have ever had with a business. Great work.

I went in today in hopes of finding an adapter to use for my gas line running to my stove.

Upon entering the store I see Roger. He doesn't acknowledge me and takes his time walking to the register. Right off the bat I could tell he was in a mood.

I begin to explain my issue and Roger starts asking questions in the most rude and aggressive way. He embarrassed me and made me feel stupid. I tried being polite and did the best I could to explain my problem but I was just met with such a nasty tone.

I finally just said thank you for your time and left. He had no issue with me leaving.

Before I exited the building I thought I would try someone else. I found Bruce. Bruce was nice and took time to hear me out. I didn't have my issue solved but at least I talked to someone more kind.

I won't ever step foot into that store again. Roger might need to work in the back of the warehouse or something, as customer service is not his style.

Trash customer service, guys need to get off their high horses in there

I'm a DIY guy. Found a tool behind their counter i needed. Bought some 1" elbows. The cutter that I bought only cuts 1 1/4".
Didn't find this out until I got home.

Shouldn't the front counter representative recognize this for the customer? Yes.
Is it my mistake? Yes.
Should have it been corrected before transaction? Yes

I just really want to know why it seems like you guys in this location always seem like you're so angry. Not only do you act like you're angry you act like you want to throw hands sometimes. Seeing how you're open to the public some people feel like they're bothering you or you might make them feel stupid when they're trying to DIY their own stuff. I come in here often because I work for a company and you treat all of us the same way. It's kind of like you don't appreciate us coming and shopping at your location like maybe you don't really need this job. But when I send my relatives in here to get parts for me and you treat them as bad as you do I think you and I might have a problem. Enough said on this I hope you're higher-ups see this post and do something about your attitudes. Cuz we don't have to shop here

EVERYONE please read this we had bought all these parts to fix our busted pipe at our house in skiatook we spent all day out there since like 10 in the morning and just got home right now we were out of ideas but there is a worker for this company named John and he is really amazing an such a blessing he decided to take time out of his day to come help us an this is at night time I luckily drove past his house and he was nice an willing enough yo come take a look at our problem and he fixed the last piece that we forgot about within 2 minutes and didn't even charge us this place is really amazing an people like him and them are such a blessing thank u so much

I've had to use Acme Plumbing 3 times now and they have always done a great job - plus they don't pad their invoices! Fantastic people from Patty who answers the phone to the plumber who comes out and sorts out the problems we have had (two blocked pipes and changing out a very old and hard to access toilet supply valve). Will definitely be using them again - unlike some of the other guys in town....

I will not use this company again. Customer service is poor. I believe the plumber they sent took advantage of my situation and overcharged me. Benny, in accounting was not willing to discuss.

Did not have a great experience with Harp for plumbing. We had a leak in the ceiling of our bathroom, one of their plumbers came out claimed he didn't know what the problem was. He was there for 15 min. charged us $82 said it might be termites and left. After he left I found a pipe right above the leak spot. When we received a follow up call the next day about how we felt about the service I explained the situation, I was told that I would receive a call from the service manager the next business day. I had to make the call to talk to the service manager. The only reason they get 3 stars is because they refunded me all my money, even the $49 service call charge.

Tulsa Hand and Physical Therapy needed to have some new circuits added to our clinic and they were expeditious in getting here, getting us a quote and completing the service. The prices are very fair and the company gives top notch customer service. We were very impressed this company and their professionalism. We definitely will be recommending them to people that we know.
