I worked with Austin when my AC went out about a week ago. He was so prompt, came out very quickly to assess the situation, and kept me up to date every step of the way. I needed a whole new unit, and they helped me get financing for that as well. They got me taken car of just as soon as possible and Austin was very friendly and professional the whole time. I highly recommend True Blue Heating & Cooling!

Sky Lee was very thorough and personable, he explained everything in great detail and gave me tips on how to avoid future problems. Impressive visit, would highly recommend.

I've used this company for the last couple of years, and have never had any kind of negative experience with them. Technicians are always friendly and always answer all of my questions.

I called to get the AC repaired on a Friday afternoon. They found the parts and Kayne volunteered to replace the blower motor Saturday morning. I read where the job would take 2-3 hours but he finished in less than an hour. It was good to have a cool house again after several days of near 100 degree weather.

I have used True Blue since I have lived here 17 years and they always try to get the job done quick and let you know the status of the job and a heads up on when they will arrive.
The technicians are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.

I called True Blue Heating and Cooling after finding them online and needing a 24 hour service. Our situation was an emergency situation on a Friday evening, after normal business hours. I spoke with Julie who was extremely pleasant and responsive to our emergency. She set the expectations of what we could expect and followed through with her commitment. Kayne was our technician and he was GREAT! He was professional, knowledgeable, and considerate that we had kids sleeping during his visit. I was extremely impressed with the response time and the customer service! I will use this company again and recommend them to family and friends.

True Blue has a great maintenance program we take advantage of and are satisfied with. Recently, we needed service and were able to have Paul come out quickly to diagnose the issue. He was quick, respectful and kind. He located the problem, fully explained what was going on, and got our part ordered. When the part came in, he was able to come out the same day despite a busy schedule - our party of 30 for the weekend was saved! Then he answered a question on something that had bothered us for months and whipped up a solution in 10 minutes! We are grateful to True Blue and professionals like Paul who do their jobs well, professionally and on time.

Fantastic service! The receptionist was positive and upbeat, quoted accurate prices over the phone and had a tech out to my house within a couple of hours. Austin had a great attitude and took the time to provide me with multiple estimates for all the possible scenarios. He answered all of my many questions and sold me exactly what I wanted, never trying to talk me into a more expensive system. Thanks, True Blue, for paying your reps salary instead of commission! They hooked me up with same day financing over the phone. The techs showed up the next morning to do the install. They were courteous and respectful, cleaned out the brush around my old unit and made it look good. They cleaned up all the mess they made before leaving. The job was followed up by an inspection to ensure quality work was performed. Great communication and timeliness from everyone I dealt with and competitive pricing to boot. Very pleased! The only thing I could find fault with is that invoicing is not itemized, but that is minor. I'll be a repeat customer.

The office staff was very friendly and helpful with getting a tech out when I needed and not just when it was convenient for them. The tech showed up right on time and even had to wait on me to get there. Then he made quick work of our problem and gave me great advice on what to do to help protect my system from future problems. I will definitely be using True Blue again.

I contacted True Blue after having a bad experience with another company. Johnny spent some time after our first discussion about the unique setup at my mom's home to figure out the help we needed. She promptly got a tech out to us. Michael was able to quickly diagnose the problem and determine what was needed. I was very pleased with their service.

I have been going through it with my heating and air unit and through several different companies. After using True Blue I have definitely found my True Blue Company. The guys there are very friendly, reliable and competent on the units, issues and solving the problems and with honesty about the answers and prices. I had the pleasure of Michael Walker as my tech Charlie Mills with helping me on purchasing a new unit and they came right out when my air went out. These guys are great! Highly recommend this company.

Sky just came out and serviced my AC units. He went above and beyond even pointing out things that may be concerns in the future that might soon need my attention and some that were more urgent. He did an amazing job and we are super happy with his service!

After fighting with home warranty, we decided to go our own route and hire True Blue. It was the best decision we could have made! Charlie made the process very easy for us and we were able to set everything up without any problems. Jeff and Shamus were the ones who came out to repair our unit and they were very friendly, professional, and fast. True Blue will definitely be who we call next time we have a problem!

My AC went out at the beginning of July, Austin came out and showed me what needed to be done. He was very friendly and was able to help me figure out what was best for my situation. He gave me a great deal and was very knowledgeable (way cheaper than other estimates and more information given to me).
William and Julio came and removed/installed the new heat/ air system. They did an excellent job. They explained what they were doing throughout the install and took pictures to show me what was going on. My house is so much cooler than it ever was before.

Greg has come out a couple of times to take care of our AC. We had some terrible experiences with American Home Shield warranty. They were trying to charge us over $5K for a repair to a coil and replacing the furnace. Greg was very honest and said it’s obviously better to replace our 33 year old AC but we can’t afford yet. Greg was able to get our maintenance done on both units and repaired our 33 year old unit for now and it’s so nice and COOL in the house again!!! Honorable mention for Danny helping us out too!!! Greg — thank you so much for being so compassionate, kind and caring. You can’t find those traits very often anymore. You’re just a great human!! Oh - they have a program that is way better than the silly American Home Shield. It saved me a lot of money!!

This was our second time working with True Blue. Both interactions gave us the confidence to sign up for the maintenance plan. Sky was respectful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Would definitely recommend having Sky out to service your HVAC.
