When i called in the morning to report an issue Sandy was super courteous on the phone and explained when a tech would be out and she assured me of a call ahead which i received. Kayne arrived shortly after the call, assessed the problem explained, went to get parts and repaired the same day. Great service

I’ve been calling on True Blue for just around a year now; from repairs, service, and even an install. They definitely deliver top notch quality from the moment I call their office and speak with Kim who is pleasantly attentive, to the moment our tech Kayne shows up to get us going. Not only does the True Blue team deliver best quality results, they truly make me feel like my call is a priority and show up fast!

I recently had an issue with part that went bad on a system that is under warranty- while other companies would have put me on the back burner because they aren’t making money on a warranty call, they showed up first thing the following morning. Not to mention we are in the peak of the hot summer days so I’m sure they have an over abundance of calls. This tells me they aren’t only worried about making money, but rather truly taking care of their clients.

Thank you Kim and Kayne- you sure make a stressful situation a lot less worrisome.

Kayne was super nice & extremely professional! He was very knowledgeable and explained everything well. He even offered me bug spray since there were mosquitoes outside and I was outside with him. I’m very pleased with the service. Also Samantha was a sweetheart!

We had true blue come out to do a home inspection before buying our new home. Girl on the phone was awesome and I had an appointment time instead of window. They went through the entire system gave me ages of equipment and photos. We will definitely be signing up for their maintenance and tune up program.

Christian was here within an hour after me calling. He was honest and personable and did a great job. This is my first time using True Blue and I am very impressed, highly recommend.

I felt very taken care of by True Blue, they were upfront and honest and took the time to explain any questions i had for them. I have a newborn and when our heater went i felt like they did everything in their power to get the new unit installed before the cold weekend. Our tech. was Michael and Austin and they both did great work and were very friendly. I Would highly recommend True Blue. I have heard horror stories about other companies but i didn't experience any issue at all with True Blue. Thanks guys!

I had True Blue come out to do some maintenance just to make sure the unit was in top shape and that it was working properly. Marco was over this morning and did a great job working with me and communicating. I felt the service visit was thorough and the unit is running like a top!

Heater started rumbling this winter and Allen was out that day to assess the situation. He was prompt and courteous, explaining the issue and offered to research the warranty to ensure I got the best price. He communicated the details with me, and was willing to accommodate my schedule when I decided to replace the part. In addition, he checked the coils and walked me through the process of cleaning them. I will definitely call True Blue again for any future issues. Thank you, Allen, for your professionalism.

I can't recommend True Blue Heating & Cooling enough! They sent someone out quickly and solved our issue in this hellacious weather very promptly. Casey was phenomenal and was both professional and very kind which is a huge characteristic missing from most businesses and people these days. He was knowledgeable and quickly solved our problem and had our A/C unit back in business. True Blue and Casey helped sustain my mother who has just come out of the hospital and cannot be overheating! I can't thank them enough and we will be customers from here on out. Johnny, who helped coordinate our repair, was so very kind. We appreciate you True Blue!

True Blue is the best company for all types of heating and air conditioning services. My central A/C unit quit working during 90 degree temperatures. True Blue dispatched two techs, Margarito and Michael, who installed new A/C and Heating units. Both techs, as well as supervisor Austin, were very professional and knowledgeable. They were also very personable and caring. I have already recommended True Blue to my family and friends.

We had used True Blue for regular maintenance a few times in the past but it was not until July 4 weekend that we saw the quality and responsiveness of the company. After another company told us they could not replace the blower motor in our residential unit for four days, we called True Blue. Kayne was there within 30 minutes, fixed the unit, was very polite and timely. He even showed up to the door with a mask already on for the pandemic (we have a 95 year old in the house and had asked the former company repairman to don a mask to which he replied that he did not have one). When we called, the receptionist was polite and cheerful (another company we called mentioned within the first 30 seconds that it was $95.00 for a service call, and they could not promise replacement on a holiday weekend). True Blue has earned our family's trust.

As a small business owner, finding reliable, reasonably priced services are sometimes more of a challenge than I'd hope for. But when it comes to my heat & air I will have to look no further. The team at True Blue has definitely earned my continuous business. From the call to their office to the end of service their team was professional, knowledgeable and very accommodating. I have used True Blue on more than one occasion and have always been satisfied with the end result. I have also come to appreciate seeing the same familiar faces come out, it makes it easier not having to explain our complete system to a new person every time we have a to call them out. And there is a comforting factor knowing True Blue' s team has handled all issues we have had with no issues of their own. Highly recommend for business's or home owners.

Jeff, the technician with Hamilton Heat & Air serviced our two heating systems was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He took time to explain the maintenance performed.. I have used True Blue for years, so when I bought a new house I already knew they had my business. Joseph came out today to do my spring maintenance and was helpful and courteous. He also talked through the age and condition of all my units and at my request discussed possible upgrades to improve my air quality. Within a few minutes of his departure, Austin called to quote those options so I can get to work on improving my new home. So grateful for their reliable and professional service!

Great service at a good value. The technician was very professional and tentative to our needs, spending 2 plus hours inspecting and servicing our AC internal and external units. And educated us on preventative measures to improve performance and longevity of our HVAV system! I strongly recommend True Blue and their professionalism!
