Rude. High priced. So called wholesale. Lowes and Homedepot beat their "wholesale prices everyday"

Helpful, friendly. Easy to get in and out with what your looking for.

Walked in to the electrical side of the store and asked for location on a part and the lady was just plain old rude. Will not be going back to this location.

Convenient for supplies you need, but unless you purchase a huge amount from them the prices tend to be higher than other hvac supply houses.

The Yukon store is a joke and so is their help in my opinion, customer service is nonexistent. I definitely won’t be returning.

Customer service is the pits Excpessialy Midwest city and Yukon. They have been around so long they think there is no one else to buy from. Sad, use to be a good vendor.

39th and Portland store is best in the company. Been buying supplies here since they were on 37th street. Always treated like I am a friend and not just a customer.

These guys know exactly what they are talking about. They have helped me twice now with my home plumbing. Knew what I needed, very nice and explaines what you need to do to fix your problem.

went into the place and the guy behind counter said they dont sell the product even tho it was purchased from the company..never looked up product or nothing...always wanted to support hometown businesses, but with service like that. its a good reason to go some place else

Shop around this place is way overpriced.Stopped at locks after Lowes was out of a a delta faucet valve. Lowes had it for $14.68 went to locks and they wanted $37.98 for the exact same part in the exact same package. You might want to shop around if you need something from that place. Thought this place is supposed to be wholesale LOL

Friendly staff that is helpful. Plenty of parts to choose from and if they don't have something in stock or not enough parts at the store you can have it shipped and picked up the next day in the store or you can go pick it up at the wearhouse.
