We had to call this company for our business late on a Saturday night and they were right on it! It was not an easy fix, so they had to come back on Monday to complete. Shelby was wonderful! He diagnosed the problem accurately and quickly, and made sure that I knew he was there to call if I had any more trouble before they were out again on Monday. I highly recommend this company and we'll use them again.

Nathan was so friendly and respectful and shared his knowledge patiently. He deserves kudos for his kind service.

Shelby and Brandon are freaking superheroes!! My plumbing is ancient and jacked up. Roots in the pipes...no closeout built on one side of my house. Ect ect... Truly some POS plumbing ok. Now .... Shelby and Brandon come through and make it like new again. They had to dig up the backyard.. they had to put up with my two rowdy dogs they had to put up with me looking over their shoulder the whole time cuz I'm a curious guy and these guys were nothing but professional super personal and just all around incredible. I don't write reviews that I don't truly believe in. If you need some plumbing done to your house trust me call these guys first!!!!!!!!!!

We had a great experience with Pro-Rooter. We had an emergency plumbing issue after hours, and they sent someone out immediately. Nathan was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. He fixed a leak that three other plumbers couldn't locate. We will definitely use them again.

Nathan and his guy were great. Quick, knowledgeable, and even helped to refer me to a reputable damage repair service to further assist on the damage a water leak caused.

Angus, came out in a timely manner. He communicated with me prior to coming to let me know how far out he was and everything. Once he came to diagnose the issue, it was prompt and accurate. He knew exactly what the issue was and gave me all the options I had available for service. I was able to get on the schedule at their earliest convenience without delay. I do thank Pro-Rooter for being fast in response and taking care of me the best way they could. I love their customer service.

One week update: unfortunately had to call Pro-Rooter out again due to a blockage in our main line. FORTUNATELY, Shelby and Aries save the day, again! They are both wonderful and do quick, efficient work! Hopefully we do not have anymore issues, but will definitely call Pro-Rooter if we do. Thanks again!

Shelby showed up to rescue us!! Our main sewer line backed up and water was coming up out of all the drains in the house. He had some high tech tools he used to find exactly where the problem was then clearly explained the next steps. Fast , clean, efficient and super duper friendly! Highly recommend!

Water heater disasters are about as fun as a cold shower! Angus and AJ came on time and had it installed in about 2.5 hours. They even threw in a flood alarm sensor.

Had Pro-Roooter Plumbing & Drain Services come out to help me with a drain issue I've had off and on for years. Fixed my drain for good and was quick friendly and extremely professional. I'm using them from now on for everything. Highly Highly Recommend!

I haven't had a good experience with other service techs but Shelby Swenson was the best I've ever had work on my plumbing! Very helpful and went above and beyond for me!

Pro Rooter came out looked at and replaced my washing machine faucets and box within an hour, Nathan was very respectful and friendly! Prices were reasonable also!! I would highly recommend!!

Nathan was extremely professional, amazingly quick response (on a Sat night) and walked me thru all steps with easy to understand instructions. Superb job. 5+5!!!

Drains kept backing up, I called pro rooter and they cleaned out the drains, ran a camera and discovered that my main sewer line was cracked and causing frequent back ups, pro rooter repaired and replaced the section of pipe that was damaged, also the cheapest quote out of 4 plumbers I called, excellent service and speedy repair!

Would highly recommend! It only took one day to come out for a quote AND completed the project on the same day! He was very conscientious and respectful of personal property. He was meticulous, took the time to do it right and didn’t stop at anything short of total satisfaction. He made sure to clean up after he was done. Very happy with the end result. They were able to send someone out at 8:30p.m. We were in a pinch and needed some help. Nathan came out, was super nice, and got the job done fast.

Shelby arrived earlier than expected. Located and repaired my water leak on a pex line behind the drywall. Had us back up and running within the hour. Was easy to talk to and friendly. Also recommended a Flood water service to dry out my home.

Had an appointment for plumbing work for them to show at 9am. Their phone system failed to make contact with my phone so they just didn't show up. Then after no other communication all day on their end and 3 calls from me I fired them. Their tech Angus got smart with me via text and wouldn't take any helpful feedback for customer service to keep future appointments from going south like mine. All in all a horrible experience.

Shelby was quick to help solve the issue with our toilet and even left the bathroom cleaner then when he walked in! Great and friendly service
