The moment I called them and spoke to Carlo, I knew I had contacted the right company. I explained to Carlo what the issue was and he immediately responded with the solution. Chad came the next day and fixed the issue with the duct smoke detector. No sales pitch or whatsoever. There was no issue with the furnace and my contractor kept insisting that there was a problem with the furnace and that possibly the motherboard would have to be replaced. The issue was that his electrician was simply wiring the detector the traditional way and when he could not figure it out he simply said to the contractor that the issue was with the furnace which was then conveyed to me. Chad from Performance Heating was able to resolve the issue in about an hour. I would definitely recommend Performance Heating without a blink.

Called on a hot and steamy Tuesday morning. To my surprise, a tech (Chad) was able to come out that afternoon. Had the A/C diagnosed, and estimated in minutes. Great communication between the company, service tech, and I. Would highly recommend Performance Heating & Air!

This is not a company that needs to do massive advertising, as their excellent work is spread by referral.

They give very competitive pricing and are upfront with you about whether they can or cannot resolve your heating and cooling issues.

They continued to keep open communication with me via text (my preferred method), email, and by phone, providing updates on parts that needed to be ordered in.

When a part was going to be delayed, they found another supplier in order to get the part to me as quickly as possible.

The guys will explain to you their professional opinion on how to go about repairing your heating and cooling issues. No judgement from them if you have questions regarding the repair and needing clarification and/or explanation.

I 100% would not hesitate to call Performance again and/or refer them to others for any issues related to heating and cooling— e.g., routine maintenance, repairs.

Fixed my furnice quickly and gave us heat again .

This isn’t a regular review, but one that I felt was important to leave. Without getting into details, a situation happened yesterday morning that left me feeling very unsafe due to someone in the community. It seemed that this person was a client of this business, so I immediately got in touch with them to report it. I was nervous to report because I was still shaken up, but I was met with overwhelming kindness and compassion when I did. I wanted to give a huge thank you to Carlo for handling it in a way that made me feel supported and validated, and for springing into immediate action. I’ve only been living in this area for 1.5 years, but I love the community so much and it is because of people like him. I can’t say much about the heating and cooling part of this business, but I think the quality of a business will always be a reflection of the people within it. Carlo is helpful and kind, and his kindness towards me yesterday completely turned my day around.

I would recommend Carlo and his team to anyone because it is so clear to me that at the core of this business is a deep level of care for the people in this community. And I strongly believe it is reflected in the work that they do.

Super nice. The owner and his right hand man came out and within 2 hours we had heat in our house. They were amazing super considerate super kind. They even came the next day to make sure it was still working. Highly recommend this company. Our boiler was over 35 years old and they got it up and running where everyone else wanted to replace it. Very honest people
