Codie and Tyler were very punctual and arrived within the time frame given. Both were very professional and completed a new gas stove install in approximately an hour. Very happy with their service. Awesome experience , I called Performance Heating at 11am . They had a technician at my door by 2pm. Found Chad friendly and very knowledgeable . Had my furnace diagnosed and repaired in 45 minutes . Might thankful on this cold December day

Called for a quote to replace our entire HVAC system. An employee came out the next day, very friendly, seemed quite knowledgeable, and was very thorough. Was told that I would be emailed the quote within 48 hours. Almost 3 weeks later and we are still waiting. Yes, they had our correct email address and other contact info as they had already emailed and texted us with the consultation booking info. Not calling them to remind, as I shouldn't have to chase a business to give them business. Can't rate the work that they do, but if they can't get this right it makes me wonder what else they will get wrong. Happily bypassing this company.

Scott was very polite and knowledgeable , he took the time to explain alot of the information about our existing furnace and also about replacing it with a new one. I highly recommend this company for any heating or cooling equipment.

Performance Heating & Air was recommended to me by my nephew who works in construction. The technician who arrived was very knowledgeable and explained everything he did. He gave us clear recommendations on what our options were so we could make an informed decision on how to proceed. Then he took care of everything that same day and got our A/C back up and running in no time! I am very happy with this company. I will definitely call them again for future HVAC issues, and recommend them to friends.

The service was prompt , courteous and very professional.but I didn’t expect to get billed for a loose pipe connection that they installed in the first place.

I had my air conditioner looked at by Performance Heating & Air. Scott showed up, but not after introducing himself and confirming through a text when he would arrive. When he came to the door he was immediately friendly while putting on boot covers to protect my floors. He thoroughly inspected the unit, showing me what he was doing and the results of his various tests. I was just so impressed, both with his friendliness and his professionalism. I can not recommend this company enough. You know when a professional comes to your door who is friendly and polite that he/she is trained well. A company that insists on that kind of customer service is always a company that insists on quality workmanship as well.

Called the company and they were able to send someone in the same day. Scott was quick, efficient, and friendly. He diagnosed our AC issue right away and fixed it.
