Great Customer service, friendly, professional, does great work at an affordable price and leaves work area clean.

Quick response, super friendly and efficient work

Owner showed up as fast as possible. Cleared my drain, replaced the toilet and gave some sound advice on some of my questions. I am 'flushed' with joy. Reasonably priced and courteous.

Amazing people and amazing service. Had a clogged toilet they came out right away and fixed the issues, even gave a guarantee to come back if issue came back. Pricing is also very good. What’s not to like. Thank you so much.

Problem was with our kitchen sink backing up at times. This was addressed last year and we had a plumber come out. Things seemed ok until this year, the same problem. I contacted Geoff at Niagara Drain Master. He attended and fixed our problem. I found him to be friendly and really focused to fix our problem. I would not hesitate to call on Geoff again. I will refer his services to friends and family!

Geoff the owner, is a licensed plumber who provides a sincerely honest, trustworthy and quality service with decent pricing. I highly recommend you contact him for all your plumbing needs. He is prompt when responding to calls. We have used his company twice with no regrets.

Geoff is amazing - this was not an easy job. Main drain clogged, really clogged. He showed up exactly when he said he would. He did the work, and charged exactly what he said he would. It’s not easy to find this quality of service anymore. Thanks!!

This one man operation was so prompt and thorough! He came to our home within minutes it seemed and explained what he could do for us, estimated the cost and executed the work quickly. I won’t hesitate to use this company again and would recommend him to anyone. It’s great to see honest hard work these days!!! Thank you Drainmaster for a job well done!

I recently contacted Niagara Drain Master after being referred by a friend. From the friendly and helpful assistance in booking a convenient appointment to the on-time arrival of Geoff, I can't say enough about the professionalism and service offered. Thank you!!

Very reliable and professional service. Excellent communication and outstanding results. Highly recommended.

Called this am with backed up drains. Geoff said here be able to come around 3pm-4pm. At 3pm on the dot, he called and said he would be here shortly. Once here, he went right to work. Everything cleared in an hours time. Cost wasn't outrageous and everything is in working order. I would definitely use his services again. Thanks Niaraga Drain Master!

We called tonight for a plumbing issue. From the dispatcher to the plumber arriving they are very fast, very efficient and very friendly to deal with. We appreciate the prompt response on a Sunday evening. The rates are very reasonable especially for a weekend after hours call. They guaranteed their work. I highly recommend them.

Great experience. Called and was set up with a visit promptly and when he got there he found the issue and had it repaired quickly I highly recommend

Geoff did a good job for fixing my toilet. He is easy to talk to, experienced and transparent. 5 stars for sure.

The only hiccup I had was that at the time of the appointment I had to wait for a quite bit without knowing when Geoff will come. I’m glad I waited tho.

If the scheduling process can be improved that would be perfect.

Professional right off the bat, starting with the phone call. Office kept in contact with arrival time and very helpfull. Geoff is a very competent plumber, efficient and friendly. I will be happy to recommend their services. Mike Woods.
