Reviews of local pros in Thorold, Ontario

Had a plugged toilet, called early Sunday morning and toilet was fixed within two hours. Great customer service and a more then reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

I called Niagara Drain Master for an emergency plumbing issue — my kitchen sink was completely clogged. They arrived quickly, were professional, and had everything working again in no time. Highly recommend their fast and reliable service!

I cannot recommend Geoff enough. He came out for a free visit and gave me his completely honest opinion on my plumbing issues.
What really stood out was his integrity. I thought my sump pump switch was broken, and he easily could have lied and charged me for a replacement part. Instead, he identified that it just needed maintenance and solved the issue by simply cleaning the sump pump. He is incredibly knowledgeable and definitely the cheapest and best in the region. If you want a plumber who won't try to upsell you, call Geoff.

Had our basement flood, Geoff came ASAP and fixed the issue! Super friendly guy, got the roots out of the drain for us and was great price! 10/10 recommend! The lady on the phone was also very friendly!!

We hired Niagara DrainMaster for plumbing work at our St. Catharines home and had a great experience. Geoff was professional, on time, he clearly explained the issue before starting. The work was done efficiently and everything was left clean and working perfectly. It’s hard to find reliable plumbing services, but Niagara DrainMaster delivered. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Niagara Region needing plumbing repairs or drain services! Thank you!

Trevor and one of his guys came in a day to do some plumbing work for us . He is quick knows his stuff and reliable and quick. Another great job

I hired Trevor to install and hook up my ikea sink and faucet, as well as the plumbing for my dishwasher. I found him on Kijiji and he answered my call right off the bat!! He made me feel at ease right away and very willing to help. I called him on a Monday and he was here on the Wednesday. I told him what I was needing and when we had a slight hiccup with the countertop installer he was able to affirm everything would be ok. On Wednesday he showed up on time and was able to do everything he promised. He was respectful, friendly and very professional. I would use him 10x over again!

Best plumbing business in the area of Niagara. Trevor and Dan were extremely professional and respectful. They walked in, figured out the issue and fixed it. 100% would recommend to family and friends.

I had a pipe that had burst because of freezing. Trevor from C H Plumbing showed up on time and was able to fix the pipe in no time and he cleaned up the mess perfectly. Trevor also gave me good advice on how to avoid having this pipe freezing again by instructing on the best practice for draining the pipe before winter freezing temperatures arrive.

True professionals. Communication was exceptional and timely. I had a vision for my basement Reno and not only did they delivery but they made suggestions, improvements and made sure everything was upto code.

If you want a company you can trust C H Plumbing is the way to go.

Trevor was on point with communication, punctuality and quality of work. Very personable and laid back. His experience is a clear representation of the outcome.
Thanks again for your quick response and ability to troubleshoot our kitchen sink on a dime.
Your skills were much appreciated today.

Cjh Plumbing came within two days to install my kitchen faucet. Trevor arrived and removed and replaced the faucet. He was fast and efficient.
I would have them back.

Yesterday was a bad day - our hot water tank burst and flooded the basement. Today is a much better day! Trevor and his apprentice came out, sourced a tank, installed it, and even came up with a clever fix to allow water to find its way to the drain if we ever have trouble again. They were very personable and professional. I will definitely call CH Plumbing for any jobs we need done in the future! And now, I'm off to have a HOT shower ;->
