Technician Dillon said it was an issue with my outside meter and would need hydro to shut it off before it could be fixed. He was working out in the crazy snowstorm to get my power back on. Would highly recommend using them.

Matt and his guys have always held themselves with the utmost professionalism, always take care of the clients needs, wear shoe coverings when in homes, and are priced fairly. What a great experience. Quotes were very reasonable. Dillion took the time to explain the process, he is very knowledgeable and made suggestions which actually saved me money. Was on time for all meetings. Marsha (office manager) was a pleasure to speak with and confirmed appointments and times. Very professional crew, we upgraded our service and had a new panel, mast head and meter installed, the work was done carefully and without excess damage and all mess was cleaned up. I cant think of anything they could have done better to improve our experience. Thankyou Lakeside.
