Chris and his team worked well to put in a new toilet, sump pump and back up. Love that he’s flexible, easy to reach via preferred communication methods, and is very knowledgeable. My go to for plumbing needs

Just had Chris and his guys complete some waterproofing and repair some plumbing for me at our new house. They were very responsive to help us quickly and the repairs are perfect. I am having Chris do more work for us and would highly recommend Windsor Proof.

My wife and I recently hired Windsor Proof to replace old galvanized plumbing with new modern pvc and to install it inside the beam instead of underneath the beam to give us more headroom, install new plumbing for the bathroom, as well as move our laundry tub. Chris and his crew worked seamlessly with the other contractors to bring our vision to reality. The work was impeccable, they were punctual and kept us informed of their progress throughout. There is still some finishing work to be done once the other trades are done their part but the biggest plumbing related jobs have been done beautifully.
Our last plumbing company we hired left alot to be desired in their finished work but we now have a go-to plumbing company in Windsor Proof for all our plumbing needs and we couldn't be any happier.

Chris was amazing! My family has used him many years ago and I was happy to find that when I needed him he was still in business providing a high quality service. I had a complex plumbing situation and Chris new exactly how to handle it and on top of that how to handle permits with the city, which, as many know is often the more difficult problem. Chris made the entire process a breeze including permits, the rebate process and everything else! Put me at ease for all my concerns and gave me great recommendations on where to place the pump and valve that aligned with how I wanted to organize my future plans for the basement! 10/10

Chris is absolutely amazing! He’s super nice and funny while remaining professional, explained the entire process and showed us the steps as the work was completed (I included a photo of half way through the process, prior to cementing).
Answered all of our questions and sent over documents very quickly, while explaining and helping us to complete the paperwork portion to get the rebate through the city. Chris took care of the city permit and inspection, and left the job site clean!

Had them come med summer and I have contacted them several times and only got one response that did not give me anything price or info yet. It’s now October and still nothing!! If I could give zero stars I would.

Ed Cope gave me a timely and fair estimate to replace wooden storm windows. The work was done by skilled workers. I highly recommend his company.

Renovated our kitchen/living space and did a wonderful job. On time (actually ahead of time) and on budget. Quality work throughout. The job included opening a wall and installing a beam to reinforce, flooring, drywall, trim, electrical, HVAC, and working with their Kitchen cabinet supplier. Once they started the job, the team was committed to finishing and here everyday. Ed, Glen and Team were wonderful to work with, I would recommend to a friend.

My wife and I had planned a major kitchen renovation for some time, but did not know where to turn for a structural engineer and all encompassing construction company to help make our dream come true. When a nephew, who had employed Cope Construction to do a project that also required the removal of structural walls and beam placement, recommended Ed, the company owner and structural engineer himself, we could not have been happier. Their work was expertly completed, on time, and I can honestly say that it was a pleasure working with them. The best compliment that I can give them is that I truly believe that the work would not have been done any better, if they were working on their own personal residences. Our thanks go out to Ed and his hard working team of Adam, Arthur, Mike and Glen.
