Chris and his crew did an excellent job on my basement waterproofing, subpump and backwater valve installation. They arrived and completed the work in a timely fashion. Chris listened to my concerns and questions and was willing to explain and help during the process. His quote for the job was fair and his employees cleaned up after. Chris also got back to me in a timely fashion. I would recommend windsor proof. Great job.

Christopher Wallace came out the day I called about a wet basement, very prompt, he diagnosed the issue and we discussed a solution for this as well as an option for a new sump pump and battery back-up. A battery back-up was already on my radar so this was a good opportunity for me. Chris sent two quotes that same day and while I was given a timeline for when the work was to be completed, he expedited the project and had it all completed within one week, in one day. We called Chris as we had just purchased an older home in Windsor an and were embarking on converting the basement into a legal dwelling. There were many obstacles including lowering the basement floor by 18”.
We wanted do do everything right, so we knew waterproofing, adding a backwater valve and sump pit were a must. Chris arrived to look at the job and certainly knew what he was talking about. He was extreme professional and knowledgeable and we knew he was the Man for the job.
As we were not local residents he made sure we were informed daily of the progress including photos.
We would have no hesitation in recommending and using Chris and Windsor Proof again in the future.
