They send the right amount of workers for large jobs and they are in and out within a reasonable amount of time and the best part is you would never know they had been there - they actually clean up any debris or mess they make! Also prices are reasonable!

I was in Emco today picking up a new strainer assembly for my kitchen sink. One of the guys was in there and explained how to do it and refresh my ancient memory.
Even went to his truck to get me some putty to install it with, saving me buying a whole container. He didn't have to do any of this, but he saw someone struggling and offered free help.
When I remodel my kitchen next year, he is the guy I will call.

All the staff we were in contact with starting with Joel and then the technicians, were professional, knowledgeable, conscientious, and got the work done on time and it wasn't long before the job was done within budget to our complete satisfaction. I order two Honeywell thermostats through Encore Mechanical. Two time Honeywell sent them the wrong ones. They ordered the third two, and after almost three weeks of waiting I cancelled them. They credited my account for one of them, and charged me a restocking fee of almost $300.oo even though it was not my fault. I will never in my lifetime have any dealings with Encore Mechanical, and if asked by anyone I will advise them not to deal with them unless they want to be taken. I will not give them even a one star rating, but had to give them one star to get this posed.

A very professional company to deal with. Our furnace and A/C were replaced in good time and without a hitch. They cleaned up when they were finished and were extremely qualified and efficient. We highly recommend Encore!!
