Very unprofessional service, leaves the place messy and equipment is still broken while also sending a bill after no follow-up on fixing the issue they were hired for.

Wow. What a terrible company. I asked them to send a technician to diagnose a problem with a low boy oven.

They sent me a bill for $277, no details on the bill. When I called to inquire as to the reasoning behind this amount, they explained that there was a $103 charge per hour for the technician. I explained that, from my camera times (the restaurant has cameras in the kitchen), the technician was there for 34 minutes. They said they would check their GPS and call me back. I waited a day, after they had already charged me $400 via credit card and asked to speak to a manager. I was told he would call me back. He did in a timely fashion, said that they could reduce the charge to $215, said that theee was a truck charge, a fuel charge etc. I said that I understood this, but may I have a breakdown of how they arrive at this cost. He said he wasn’t sure, anc that he didn’t have “the specifics” in front of him. He said that they have different rates for different customers? Cardinal then charged my credit card, after specifically being told not to.

I understand that nothing is inexpensive, but $277 for 34 minutes, plus the run around, plus the lack of a detailed invoice!!

As a restaurant owner, I’m surprised that this business could survive with a lack of transparency, and frankly, dishonesty

Cardinal has been servicing my commercial boiler for over a year. I see the same tech everytime, and he’s always very pleasant, knowledgeable, and punctual. Cardinal’s prices are a bit higher that what I was paying my previous boiler servicing company, but the difference in pricing is worth the difference in knowledge and getting repairs done right.

Great customer service from initial phone call to repair person! Professional, straight to the point, and full of knowledge, quote was fair. Walked me through all potential issues, wear and tear, and adjustments to make and that were made professionally during the diagnostics. You get what you pay for, would recommend to anyone. They fixed our commercial Garland Stove.

Beware of poor reviews on here they’re from homeowners not tradesmans. Homeowners that used the wrong guy and had a bad experience, how is that Lennox’s fault??

The customer service representative was unprofessional. I politely asked for information on the availability of an air handler to save my contractor some time (didn’t even ask about pricing just availability) and the representative hung up on me.
