They were really great. My aunt's furnace broke and they came the next morning, diagnosed the problem, which was the circuit board, had it in stock, and fixed it within a couple of hours. They were super responsive and I just paid them over the phone. It was a real stress reliever having it fixed so quickly.

Had my central air replaced by Encore. Got an appointment for the install in just over a week. Was installed in less than a day and it is working well. They are also very quick to respond with any questions or concerns. Great value, great service!

Nasty speeding driver actually blew by me. FYI. I had more than once been a company driver, driving a labelled company vehicle. When you drive a company vehicle YOU , as the driver, represent the company. For good or for worse. Get a clue!

It would be great if your Company could NOT take up precious street Parking and get their own permits to park in City lots. Surely , you make enough profit on your jobs to afford it. Keep the free street parking available for the residents and visitors to the areas you are working in- that is after all how you gain employment NO???

I cannot say enough about how amazing my experience with Encore Mechanical was. Our AC broke in a heat wave; I looked to a subreddit for Windsor, and found multiple recommendations for Encore. I called for a quote and was given an amazing price and then within two days the new AC was installed. Every employee was fantastic. They were efficient, prompt, and the price was less than I was expecting. 10/10 isn’t an option, so 5 stars will have to do!

Our experience with Encore Mechanical was amazing. Our basement flooded and we found out the sump pump burned out (no longer worked). Called Encore and they were here within the hour on the same day. The technician had all the equipment needed and replaced it right away with a nee one. The technician was very pleasant and made sure all my questions were answered. He was efficient, very polite and made sure to clean around the workspace. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service from the first phone call to the last install. I cannot recommend this local family business enough! Very flexible with me ( I had to change the install twice due to family stuff). Explained everything to me and kept to their word. Their quote blew all other quotes away. You cannot go wrong with Encore!

I can't say enough good things about this company. They have worked with us on scheduled visits and emergency calls. I recommend them to everyone that asks who we use.
In our house, they have done plumbing work, dishwasher installation, HVAC, heat pump installation, tankless water installation. If we have an issue, we give them a call right away and they are very quick to accommodate. When our furnace died, they had it out and replaced with a brand new heat pump system within two days. They even helped us with the grant process and how to get the rebate back from the government. Everyone that has come to our house has been professional, respectful, and cleans up after they are done. Excellent company to work with! They've been maintaining our household issues for 10 years now.

Awful experience, our brand new home has recurring blockage issues with their hvac unit. We are now on service call 4 or 5 for the same problem which no one at this company can fix. Every new tech that comes in is more confused than the last. They charge absurd amounts for each visit also. I wanted to give them a chance to fix the issue before posting this but it's obvious they can't fix their problems.
