Urban heating and cooling replaced my heating and cooling units in my residence and i want to share my object review with you all.
Urban heating and cooling did my old house 17 years ago and we never had any issues weather it was customer service or technical.
my experience with Urban turned from business to personal due to the personal touch from the ownership and staff alike.
as such after all these years i called Urban and requested a quote for my currant residence and to my surprise i received the best service and price with warranty i know it is solid.
so i will always patronize Urban Heating & Cooling for the mentioned above.
Thank you Kris, Ryan, Steve, Josh and the rest of the staff it is always a pleasure to deal with you- personally - and don't change anything just stay the same and people will patronize you

Came home and found the temperature in our home in the mid eighties not knowing what the problem was we called for service and with in a few hours a service representative came and repaired what needed to be done and was on his way.

These boys came out when my AC was broken in a heatwave immediately after I called. Diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly, even cleaned my AC with the house. Running cold as ever now. Would recommend.

Terrible company had them service pool heater claimed they fixed problem charged me $160.00 for repair heater ran for 2 days and quit same code flashing on unit called them numerous times took week to hear from them scheduled another service call they confirmed would be out to repair 3 weeks later still waiting for them to show up also said AC units were more important but as a paying customer think service is service place is a joke will never call for service from these clowns again and will not recommend this joke of a company to anybody requesting service terrible work ethic and customer service

Great reliable company for all your heating and cooling needs. Includes home HVAC and pool heaters. They are honest and don’t push for new systems when the current system can be repaired.

Woke up this morning (1/18/19) to no heat. Called at 9am. The guys were here in an hour. Polite, efficient, cleaned up after themselves. House is warm and toasty again. Amazing. Can't go wrong with Weir Brothers Heating and Cooling. Thanks!

Weir Brothers replaced and installed our hot water tank and we had them back to move some gas lines. Absolutely amazing to deal with and definitely felt looked after and taken care of. 100% recommend.

Excellent Service. We had Chris and Hunter at our house to install a new pool heater. The guys arrived on time on the day we scheduled. They were both polite, professional and respectful. We have had a lot of service people through our house in the last couple years and this was the best service hands down. They explained what they were doing along the way and gave great recommendations for maintenance for the years to come. I would absolutely recommend Weir Brothers and their team to anyone I know.

Called to schedule an inspection for a leak and was given a lot of attitude. I was friendly and just wanted to hire someone to help out since our gas was shut off and they started ranting at me. They said theyd check and call back but didnt so i followed up. I called and was told they werent interested with another rude curt response, ending the call on me.
This is my first time experiencing this sort of behavior, and its honestly shocking.

Wow. This team has gonna above and beyond for my family and I couldn’t recommend them more. They’re clean and efficient. Truly a business that’s cared about their customers. Thank you to the whole team

I don't know where to start here. I was told to call these people by someone who has used them for years for a number of establishments, so I did. When I called the young lady sounded exasperated. I get this, it is the busy season, BUT the first impression of any business is laid by the person who answers the phone. I was not impressed. I said to her that I was to drop a name and she cut me off - "name dropping will not get you anywhere" she said with the most smug tone I have heard in years. "Just give me your information and I'll get you on the list to be called". So, reluctantly, I did as I have no air conditioning. That was a number of days ago. The return call was to just get into queue for a visit for a quote. I'm still waiting for the phone call for the quote.......five days later....five weeks later and still waiting.

I called about a month ago for a quote and hadn't heard back after a few days so I called back a few days later. The secretary was very rude and I still have not heard back.

I would highly recommend Weir brothers for any heating and cooling needs. The absolute great service from when I called to schedule someone to their amazing quick response . Joe the service guy was a true pro @ his job and diagnosis the issue and even did a few extra things over above my expectations. Highly recommend!!!!
