I've just started working with Langemann since August, but I have been extremely pleased with their communication, sense of urgency/response time in case of issues, and in the quality of work. If you are considering them, I would recommend.

The HVAC tech who visited my house was professional, courteous, and explained everything he did. He was also informative when answering my questions. I will definitely use Langemann again.

Installation was great. The Techs were clean and professional. As for customer service and returning a call they suck at it. I called on a non holiday regular business hour and did not call me back. I call today Jan 2 regular business day and called the office to have them try to get me to call the boss. 2 calls to get answers so I dont void the warranty. Guess I am going to have to find out if they installed a backflow preventor on my condensate line myself annd if not will have to do it myself also

Pleasant experience from the start. From inquiring over the phone to working with the inspector, they responded quickly to our emergency call and came out to helps us. He arrived the same day, explained what the job entailed, task and pricing. They accommodated our request to quickly begin the work. Caring, professional, and experienced. Couldn’t t ask for more!

We called first thing in the morning to get out central air unit checked out. They replied immediately and Adam came out within a couple of hours and fixed our unit on this extremely hot day! Honest, reliable and professional!!

My furnace decided to die one day, when it was actually cold out and on the weekend. My girlfriend called and told them what happend and they sent one of the owners out that night to take a look. I needed a new motor and flame sensor. He got it working and Luckily it was under warranty so we just had to pay for the install of the new parts. A guy came monday and installed the parts in like 30 mins. I highly recommend them.

Called to get appraisal for installation of new boiler. Left my name and number but no one could be bothered to call me back. If you are too busy to take on new jobs, at least have the courtesy to call the client back to make them aware of this.

I have used Affordable Heating and Cooling over the years and the most recent was this morning. Last night, my AC unit stopped and then house was in the 80s. I called after hours and Rick called me back immediately and walked me through a few troubleshooting issues. He proactively told me in advance how much the service call would be for diagnosis.

He wasnt able to come until the next morning. He called before arriving right when he said he would and fixed the problem. Very nice and knowledgable. After payment I receieved a digital invoice to my email immediately.

I have a contract with Affordable Heating and Cooling and they provide excellent service and care to my 2 furnaces and Cen Air units. I strongly recommend them and I will remain a customer for years to come. Clean fast efficient service provided always! Very professional company!

Purchased a home in Windsor with an older furnace and air conditioner that were said to be in working order. less than 24 hours after receiving my keys, I got the dreaded news that the air conditioner wasn't working and was given options to fix or replace. Based on the cost to fix vs. replace, I opted for replacement. Within a few days, I had Cory and Dave (and another individual that I didn't get his name) here removing the old furnace and air conditioner and replacing it. It turned into a humid day in August so I was thankful they had finished the air conditioner before returning to fix the remaining duct/vents for the furnace the next day. I stepped out for a few hours and came home to the arctic - the new cooling system was working flawlessly. Can't complain about not getting the $250 off (installed on the 27th of August) as the team went above and beyond by fixing a few other smaller issues that were noticed during the inspection of the furnace/air conditioner and installing an ecobee thermostat. Many thanks for turning a sour first 24 hours into something that added value to my home. Thank you again for your quick visit, quick installation and answering all my questions!
