From start to finish this company is solid to this point. Sales, price, installation, top notch. Only small draw back is I'm old school & appreciate a follow up call after the job is done. Installers were great, they had a problem locating a leak but were persistent in finding & solving the issue. I'd call them again for sure. Professional & quick installation of my dual mini split system. Recommend this company 100% 👌 👏 👍

The services techs have come when they say they are going to, they and friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly are their to help you not take advantage of you. Easy 5 stars

What a great experience, X2. First we needed a water heater and Mark took care of that in no time at all. Then two days later, the furnace igniter stopped working. Kate diagnosed that quickly, went out to the truck, got one and installed it! We had heat again. Great Team you have Rick.

Your technician Katie was amazing, patient, and truly took the time to figure out that my thermopile was damaged and had to be replaced. She stayed until it was working consistently for 20-30 mins in Jan and it's still going strong.

WOW! Can't say enough about this company & our technician Katie! On time (actually called to let us know she was on her way), in fact ahead of schedule. And, I called for service only a couple hours earlier (same day)! So professional, knowledgeable and personable. Very informative with tips for us. Her troubleshooting skills are impeccable. Saved us some money by signing us up for regular maintenance. I think she really enjoys her work. At least that's the vibe she gives off. Without hesitation I would recommend this company and in particular Katie.

I have the highest regard for Mark Fauteux and Affordable Heating and Cooling. Their equipment and pricing is comparative to others in the business. In my humble opinion what sets a company apart from the others is their service.

8 years ago just prior to guests arriving for a family wedding I called them and Mark came after hours to resurrect our air conditioner. It didn't take long to get it temporarily up and running so he didn't charge me. The system was good for another 8 years.

Eight years later, in the Spring of 2019 the system had to be replaced and the the first company that came to mind was Affordable Heating and Cooling. The install was done in timely fashion before the cooling season began.

Since then there have been two minor hiccups, one in the cooling season and now one in the heating season. Without hesitation they were here and corrected the problem in timely fashion at no cost to us.

Mark Fauteux and Affordable Heating and Cooling are a class-act. If you need service on your HVAC system or are looking for a new system I recommend you give them a call today.

Fantastic company! Our blower motor randomly died on us, just as the weather started to warm up. Within a few hours of calling, Mark came to our home and gave us a price. Very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. They sent a crew of 3 and installed a new unit in record time. They left our home clean and locked up on their way out.
We will recommend to any one in the future.

Fantastic service technician ...Kate...and customer service. She arrived on time...booked for maintenance visit and new thermostat. We bought furnace and ac from them 15 years ago. We had maintenance checkup once. This time we needed a new battery which she replaced as well. Went above and beyond to explain why and showed me everything for testing. Even checked pump on the furnace plus other small adjustments. Very reasonable pricing and quotes.. no surprises. She was extremely confident and a great communicator. Would highly recommend. No issues at all with furnace and accessories unit we bought that they recommended..working great.

We can't recommend these guys enough! When we had issues we called and one of the owners Rick picked up gave us some instructions to keep the heat on until he could show up the next day.

They didn't sugar coat anything and recommended a new furnace and same day the other owner Mark gave us a reasonable quote that was within our budget and also lent us a heater for the weekend ! Not like handy bros that came over with sale tactics and a price that was way over our budget.

We also had an excellent experience with their technician Kyle and Cory that installed our furnace and took the time to explain everything and prepped everything so they wouldn't dirty our floors and cleaned up before they left. Again highly recommend!

I highly recommend Fahrhall! We had such a great experience from start to finish. Our furnace died Friday night. We had a different company come out to check it out, and it was going to be an expensive repair for an old furnace so we decided to just get a new one. I filled out a form to be contacted for a quote Sunday morning. Tony O’Beid called me that afternoon and came over to give us quote. We decided to go ahead with it, so we got a call first thing Monday morning to arrange installation for Tuesday. Matt came out to do the installation, and he was prompt, professional and did a great job! Highly, highly recommend this company!

We had the most amazing experience ever with this company!
We are seniors and our basement flooded and ruined our furnace during the recent ice storm and melt. My husband has dementia and was just so upset with no heat.
I called Fahrhall and they quickly sent out a rep from Leamington. His name was Tony Coppola.
I have never had such an informative, caring customer service rep from any company.
He explained things very clearly, answered my questions patiently and talked on the phone to my son as I requested.
He continually kept in touch via email or texts. He spoke to my insurance representative as I requested and got us approved for a great high efficiency furnace! Would highly recommend Tony for all your questions or concerns regarding Fahrhall products and services!!
