We bought a Daiken multi mini split system from Fahrhall. Eric and Jay did the install. It was a lot of work and they did an amazing job. Very clean and professional job. They are real pros! If you buy a system from Fahrhall ask for Eric and Jay, you will not be disappointed.

I'd like to thank Jenna for treating me like family over the past year. She helped in troubleshooting our Lennox furnace when the thermostat needed to be replaced. Paul did an amazing job installing it and taking the time to explain all of the smart functions available to us. It's an amazing product. I then reached out to Jenna again to inquire about installing a Daikin mini-split in my backyard bunkie. The process was seamless and Eric was an absolute pro with the installation. He is meticulous and he explained everything to me for future reference. I liked the unit so much that I reached out again to Jenna to help with solving the warm temp. issue in the loft section of the bunkie. She arranged for me to have a separate unit installed and Eric once again did not disappoint! Jenna is the best. We are so happy with our decision to choose Fahrhall for our HVAC needs! By the way, our a/c needed troubleshooting this past spring and Paul came to diagnose the issue and promptly had the unit running like new. I would not hesitate to recommend contacting Fahrhall for all of your HVAC needs. Jenna, Eric, and Paul are so helpful and friendly. I also want to point out that each of them responds to questions and explanations promptly! Their communication is very much appreciated!!

Jay and Eric are most respectful young men that I have met they were very concerned about there quality of workmanship which was done professionally I would highly recommend them to do work for me again

A huge shout out to Eric who installed our new furnace (which helped get our AC working again). He was very friendly and respectful. The area in which he was working was left super clean - you couldn't even tell he was here. He also took the time to explain everything about the new unit and answered all our questions. Very professional job all around!

Fahrhall did an excellent job with the hvac unit replacement in my condo. Joe gave a spot on inspection and told me all the problems. In one day Eric the installer was there with a new unit. He did an excellent job, he was tidy , friendly and explained everything he did. I would recommend Fahrhall for all your heating and cooling needs.

Tony Coppola the sales rep was very responsive and quickly gave us a quote for a new Furnace and A\C Unit. He answered questions right away.
He also followed up and came to see the job when finished.
Dennis and his son Ryan along with Matt did a great job installing the unit. It was a horizontal install in a crawl space, so it was certainly a back breaking job. They were were friendly and kept us updated on arrival times and progress.

Great customer service all around.
With a 12 year parts and labour warranty, it made the decision to go with Fahrhall the right choice.
They did put the unit very close to the tankless water heater which makes it very difficult to access

we had the most amazing time working with Tony from Fahrhall, from our initial visit he came prepared, made us feel welcome, provided ample information and worked well within our financing budget. Our house is so incredibly cool and comfortable, we are excited to see how our ductless split system works in the winter. The installation went perfect and the technicians were attentive to any questions or concerns we had .

Kyle came to our home to repair our tankless hot water system. He was very professional and knowledgeable. After looking at the entire system he found the issue. He explained thoroughly what he did and we accepted his recommendations. We thank Kyle for his knowledge and his patience.

Work order 75128 Prompt service for regular maintenance but the problem persists. Furnace would ignite when calling for heat. Once the house fan started the flame would blow out. Second or third call for heat it would perform normally. Charged for a clean ,inspection and gas pressure adjust and left mentioning their annual service plans and pricing. They took photos of all our heating equipment. The next day the furnace wasn't fixed having the original problem. I waited one more day and called. They noted going out to the county may take time. Paid close to $300 and the problem wasn't properly diagnosed. She asked if I was on their maintenance plan. Why? Would the fix be free if I had. She noted she would get with the tech and would call for a day when in the county again. Never called. Essex county isn't that big.

They sold us a "top of the line furnace" that has stopped working numerous times since installation but keeps on failing. We had them out two days ago to once again repair this piece of crap and it hasn't worked so we called again and have been told that nothing can be done because it is the weekend and we need to take responsibility for our furnace. I have never heard such outrageous nonsense. Meanwhile we are without heat and Paul from the company said we should have a back up space heater! We have been paying extra for extended warranty because this Daikin furnace has been so unreliable but apparently that isn't taking responsibility enough. I would recommend avoiding this company at all costs. It is one thing to sell a lemon to customers but it is a whole new level of awful to the blame the customer for it and leave them without heat. Bizarre service policies.

Our furnace stopped heating during the snow storm. Other companies say that they’re 24/7 but I could not get ahold of anyone until I called Fahrhall. Paul Mailloux came out on one of the coldest days of the year and fixed our heat. Eternally grateful. Would recommend time and again. Thank you!!

Jay and Eric installed my new hot water tank and did a wonderful job, very friendly and professional. Also took the time to explain some details and treated my dog like family. Thanks guys

We were having issues with our AC keeping our house cool. We called Fahrhall and they were able to send someone out the same day. I was prepared to purchase a new AC but Joe fixed our issue on the spot and didn't try to push a sale on me. I was really impressed with how quick and honest he was. I'll be asking for Joe for all future repairs. Would recommend Fahrhall services to everyone.

Fahrhall just completed the installation of a new HVAC in our home. Due to house design this is not a simple installation. I want to commend Eric and Jay on a great job! You were both truly outstanding! The whole experience from start to finish exceeded my expectations. This included Tony in sales as well as Dennis’ involvement with the installation process. Had a great experience with the team at Fahrhall. Tony was knowledgeable and guided us through the options for upgrading our our home to a tank-less water heater, heat pump and new furnace. Eric and Jay made the install process extremely easy and answered any questions I had. They were extremely considerate and made the install process quick and easy. Would definitely recommend the entire team at Fahrhall!

Our older furnace stopped working during a stretch of -15°C weather. Fahrhall came out on a Sunday evening around 8 to 9 PM, which we truly appreciated. We paid the emergency fee and were grateful for the quick response. The technician diagnosed the issue properly as a failed motor and was able to temporarily get it running again for a day.

We were told the new motor would arrive within about three days. After three days passed with no heat and electric heaters running in freezing temperatures, we called for updates. This is where things became frustrating. Customer service could not provide a clear ETA and eventually mentioned the part was on backorder, which we had not been told before. In a winter emergency, better transparency and communication would have made a big difference. We were concerned about frozen pipes and felt the urgency was not fully acknowledged.

After multiple calls and no follow-up from customer service, we finally received a call from Joe, their service technician. He was phenomenal. He located a different motor available locally in Windsor, price matched it, and installed it quickly. He was confident, knowledgeable, and clear about what to expect. He explained this fix should give us another one to two years before needing to replace the furnace.

The furnace is now working well and we are very thankful for him and the emergency response. However, the lack of communication during the waiting period makes it difficult to give five stars. We hope communication improves because the technicians themselves do excellent work.

Thank you Fahrhall. They were here and fixed my furnace in no time. Went over a maintenance plan and Paul my technician was amazing quick and efficient. He is the best. Cleared the infraction that was placed on my furnace as well. Do not hesitate to call them for your services.

I would like to give a very positive review to Paul (Mail2) from Fahrhall Home Comfort Specialists. He came this morning to do furnace maintenance and did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything he was doing.

In 33 years living in this house, Paul is the only technician I’ve encountered who truly stood out for his expertise and professionalism. While he was working, I mentioned that I had a humidifier and wasn’t sure if it was working. He immediately checked it, identified the issue, and fixed it on the spot.

If I ever need service for my furnace again, I will definitely request Paul. Highly recommended!
