I have never had such a great experience than I had from Fahrhall. We had an ac and furnace installed today. Our experience with Tony Obeid (salesman) Krista (office) and installation by Matt and Cole exceeded our expectations of what professionalism is. You set the standards high. Once again. Thank you with much gratitude.

My mom had a new furnace installed yesterday. My mom said Comfort Advisor Tony O'beid made her feel comfortable and was very knowledgeable and made sure she got want she wanted at a reasonable cost. She said her installers Matt and Ryan were amazing! Very professional, courteous, and did a great job on installation of new furnace in a timely manner. They made sure all her questions were answered and that she knew how everything worked. They went above and beyond to create a positive outcome. Highly recommend this company.

Our furnace stopped working Christmas Day. Got tagged out Boxing Day. After getting unsatisfactory service from another company, we called Fahrhall Saturday morning and were told we would hear from someone Monday morning. Tony Coppola came to our rescue before noon on Saturday. Even brought heaters in case we needed them. Being an outdoor combo unit it was not easily replaceable as regulations are changing but Tony found us one. Had deal ready to go by noon Monday. Matt and Ryan arrived Tuesday around 9am and were gone by noon. Very nice guys and very professional. Answered any questions we had for them. Being in customer service myself, these 3 gentlemen get A++

Eric and Jay showed up at time expected, worked respectfully and finished in the time foreseen. Before leaving, they made sure to explain how to clean the new AC unit. Thanks so much for the great service.

I called Fahrhall explaining the issue of our residential boiler system leaking water in a 5 unit apartment building and they transfered me over to Vollmer.

Vollmer sent a credit application form to complete for a business. I advised them we were not a business, but residential, and they said complete the application to the best of your ability, which I did. Then they replied:

"... due to company policy if the entire application cannot be filled out by the business owner, then we are unable to take this work on ... We do not take on residential properties only commercial businesses."

Exceptionally poor communication and customer service. Meanwhile water has been leaking for 4 days. It happened just before Easter weekend so they were the only one who answered their phone.

Just had Arron here for our yearly check on our AC. Extremely pleased. He is very personable, knowledgeable and very [people friendly. Answered all our questions and was very informative when he diagnosed a potential problem. Explained the process and we really appreciated his support. He installed a hot water tank a few years ago and we received the same GREAT service. Thank Fahrhall and THANKS Arron!! I forgot to push post on this review so that is why it is a double one!!

Just had Aaron back to check for leaks after installing the dye a month ago. Again extremely professional! Very careful while in and out of our home, neat clean and very attentive not minding all of my questions. We really appreciate your kind attentiveness. Thanks again Aaron. From the sales person Tony Capolla to the furnace & A/C installers Jeff Marshall & his new helper to the internal office personnel ….. Thank You for your help in making this a stress free purchase. All of you took the time to explain the steps and help us through the process. Jeff while installing the new A/C noticed a problem the previous installer had made. He explained what he would do and how it would benefit the cooling OMG what a difference it’s making ….. a true Artisan….. Thank You!

Professional service from the very beginning. I was without heat on the coldest week of the winter. Tony contacted me within minutes and came out right away. He quoted the new furnace and took me through all steps needed for the install. The price was better than any other quotes I had received. He arranged to have his team out the next day. The installers arrived first thing in the morning. They were professional, completed their work quickly, explained everything, disposed of the old furnace and cleaned up all materials. Very happy with Fahrhall and their team. Would definitely recommend.

Kudos to Paul Mailloux for his knowledge and experience in repairing my furnace. He was able to diagnose the problem and perform the proper repair. His teaching skills are to be commended as well, as he was able to demonstrate the problem and recommend preventative measures. His personable and friendly nature were highly impressive. He is a hard worker and an absolute asset to Fahrhall. Thanks Paul!! Since this review Paul has visited my home to service my non functioning air conditioner and I have purchased a whole new system plus a tankless water heater from him. The installation team were courteous and efficient and I have peace of mind that Fahrhall will always take care of me and act in my better interests.

1 month ago we had our A/C system replaced. The technician Kyle who came to do our maintenance check noticed leaks and gave us a few options. From there we met with Tony whom was professional and thoughtful of our needs and concerns answered all of our questions and got us a fantastic price. Krista in the office then conveniently and quickly set us up for an installation date a few days later. Ryan and Ryan promptly arrived right on time and did an incredible job. They were very professional and courteous had the old units removed and cleaned up without any disruption to the household. We have the preventative maintenance program as well and all of the technicians that have come to our home have also been very professional, courteous and efficient. We would very highly recommend Fahrhall.

Excellent service throughout. The estimator, Tony attended with urgency and was not only polite and professional, but got my furnace working temporarily until the installation could be competed a few days later. The installers were most courteous and competent in the service install and the cleanup. All in all I would recommend Fahrhall to all my friends and family. Thank you again.

tony was our sale rep and was amazing , we called four different companies that we contacted and fahrhall was the first to reply . the office staff had everything ready when I arrived at the office , for sure a life long customer now ! Product was able to be installed the day after payment . Installers used red carpet to lay out to avoid any dirt getting anywhere in the home . If you look at what large contracts this company has obtained you would know this company isn’t going anywhere and is very trusted in Windsor Essex county . A+++++ rating

The technician, Kyle, who visited my residence, was very professional, knowledgeable, and addressed all of my concerns with the system. I feel greatly at ease knowing he set up and maintained my equipment to run at its peak efficiency.

Great and friendly service. I had Aaron come to my house for my furnace maintenance, and he did a great job. Aaron was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. There was a part needed and he had it on the truck, and replaced the part with no extra charge under my warranty plan. Great job Fahrhall. I recommend Fahrhall service and Aaron whole-heartedly. I had an air purifier installed recently on my furnace. The Fahrhall salesman (Tony) did a fantastic job. He came to my house for a free quote and when we wrote up the contract that afternoon, he informed me that I had 10 days to cancel if I wasn't satisfied (and gave me this in writing from the Ontario Consumer Protection Act). He was very upfront, honest, and a pleasure to deal with throughout the process.
A week later, the installer came to my house, installed the purifier, cleaned up, and explained everything about the air purifier system. He was polite, professional, efficient and did excellent work!
The only complaint that I had was about trying to schedule the installation. When calling the Fahrhall office, it is next to impossible to reach a human. They must improve their customer service at the main office. However, after calling my salesperson directly, he was able to reach the office and have someone return my call.
Overall, the sale and installion were EXCELLENT, but scheduling the install definitely needs improvement! As long as they improve their ability to answer calls, I would definitely recommend them for future HVAC projects.

Excellent service from start to finish. Starting with the maintenance tech that came out all the way through the sales process and then the final installation of a new furnace done by Ryan and Ryan. Both Ryan's and Dennis who also came to the house were professional and kind and helped ease my anxiety during a very stressful time for me. In office customer service was also great. I'm very pleased with my Farhall experience.

Absolutely amazing service from Farhall and their technician Arron! Despite it being peak season on July 18, 2025, they managed to come out and fix my AC the same day I called. Outstanding job and much appreciated! FIVE STARS!!!!

We had a great experience with Fahrhall. We needed a new AC and furnace for our rental property. Tony C the sales rep helped us find the right products for our needs. Eric was the installer and he was great to communicate with during the installation. Jenna in the office was very helpful finding us financing solutions. I would 100% recommend this company!

I couldn’t be more impressed with the morals and ethics of this company. I was having an issue with my central air and was told it would cost a minor fortune through another company. I called for a second opinion and my heros and new favourite company Fahrhall came through. I was almost scammed. Their kind hearts wouldn’t allow me to get scammed. They only fixed what was needed and helped clean my system and inform me of how to properly take care of it both inside and outside my home. I have insurance with the “other” company and they have never taken the time to teach me like Fahrhhall did. I will be using this company for all my home needs. I’ve never felt so grateful and blessed. If you want quality work for a great price and no sales gimmicks look no further. These guys are the best in the City of Windsor.

2 year old heat pump making loud noises wont keep up with heating and temp above frezzing should not be a problem rated for neg 15 C was told . and was told be extra charge if a service tech came out after hour shame shame shame spent over 25.000 dollars in the past less then 3 years and told extra charge for evening service when its a 24/7 service advertised on web site . be my last time buying any more product here..
