Affordable came out to assess our heating/cooling challenge and recommended a ductless unit. The installation process was quick and clean, and the unit works amazingly! The bonus is that it's super quiet. Mark and his crew were great!

Used the services of this company for gas fireplace start up on thursday nov 24th, 2022. The serviceman checked the fireplace, started the pilot flame in 5 minutes and then said the module microvolts are not high enough and needs a new one. He packed up and said he will get the new module quote to replace this one and send me a quote to instal it the next day. Charged me close to $112 for about 10 minutes that he was here for and no sign of the new part or quote or even a receipt for the payment already made for days now and i am still waiting for his response.
Obviously he had no interest in doing anything on this fireplace, just collected what he could and went away.
Is this how this supposedly established service company used to treat their customers. I do not recommend this company for any quality or reliability of any service they can do.

Right from the beginning of my issues with a combined heating/AC unit in a condo, Affordable Heating & Cooling were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Extremely professional, prompt, honest, and courteous at every step of the process. From a fast and accurate diagnostic, to a clean and painless install of a new unit, to dealing with office administration, the entire staff was fantastic. Their prices were the best in the area, and I would absolutely recommend Affordable to anyone in need of HVAC services.

Rick in service is friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job replacing my furnace motor. Mark did an excellent job providing a no obligation quote on a new state of the art furnace and a/c unit. He took the time to explain all the features and provided a great competitive and detailed quote. I called during our first heatwave of the season to have some routine maintenance done on our system. The receptionist got back to me quickly but due to the heat, their technicians were all busy. She called me back less than a week later and had a technician come the following day. Adam was prompt and on time and was able to tune up our AC for the season. Price was fair and it's good to know we'll have a working AC for the summer. Would definitely call Affordable Heating and Cooling again. Thanks!

I got a letter on my door saying that the company had accidentally touched my AC unit when given the wrong address. They offered me a free check and tune up. I would never have known if they weren't so honest. They realized the mistake before they did anything to the unit. They came out today and did the tune up very nice man unfortunately I didn't get his name. I will definitely recommend this company

We had humidity build-up in our home and asked for a tech visit. The on-call technician Rick did some troubleshooting , patiently explained and advised on how to proceed going forward. Great workmanship and customer service !

They showed up at 9 am and were gone at 3:30 pm after a complete HVAC replacement. Corey and his team were friendly and responsive to my questions. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up after. Mark gave me a great deal on a 10 year parts and labour warranty and used Goodman equipment, which I know is quality. Recommending them to everyone I know.

I highly recommend Affordable Heating and Cooling,
they installed a new furnace in my condo. They arrived when they said they would and completed the work on time. They were sensitive and did their best not to disrupt us while completing the work. They left the space clean and tidy.

Had a new furnace installed as well as new ducts. Great experience with everyone in the company Mark/Cody and other workers were all professional and knowledgeable did a great job and cleaned up well. We were very happy with the price and value.

Got in touch with Affordable Heating and Cooling for a hot water heater install. They had no problem installing my own water heater that i bought which is almost impossible to find anyone that is willing to do unless you buy their own tank at inflated prices these days . If you do end up buying from them their prices are very reasonable from what i was quoted. They immediately set me up with an appointment same day and the price i was given for the install was excellent. They had two guys come to install the tank and change out the venting which i thought was great. The guys came right on time within a few hours of scheduling the appointment and were very friendly, professional and personable. They did a great job installing the new tank. We live in a day and age where finding good affordable honest service seems to be impossible to find. The team at Affordable Heating and Cooling restored my faith that there are still companies that exist that actually try to help people out during stressful equipment failures at a very fair price. I will definitely call this company again when i need any kind of service done in the future. Thanks for the great service to all involved!
