Faudi installed multiple ductless units at my business a few years ago. He worked on one of the hottest days of the year and didn’t let it slow him down. He gave me a great price too. When one of our units stopped working this year, he responded promptly to assess the issue and worked extra hard getting the supplier to acknowledge the issue and send replacement parts. Definitely the best in Windsor for all your HVAC needs!

I’ve had experience with two other HVAC companies in Windsor and by far, union air is the best. Fady works hard for his customers. He was so patient with us as new home owners who asked him several questions. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and why. He also taught us how to use our system. He also helped us figure out our new fireplace! Fady is lovely to work with, I trust him in my home and would give him my business in a second. 10/10 recommend.

I recommend Union Air without hesitation. Fadi who is the personable owner of the company is clearly very knowledgeable. The quote provided was competitive and explained clearly. The installation of the new furnace and ac proceeded expeditiously and the clean up was thorough. When a question arose several months later regarding the operation of the humidifier Fadi came promptly to provide the answer.

Great service and it was easy to work with them. I mistakenly sent funds to them instead of another vendor working at my house simultaneously and Fadi refunded me. That's some good naturedness.

Our furnace stopped working and my wife started calling HVAC companies in a panic. The furnace was from 2003, so we knew it was time for a replacement. After reading reviews, Union Air stood out from the rest.

When we called, the owner Fadi answered himself. He immediately put my wife at ease and came over within the hour. He explained everything clearly and honestly, without any pressure, so we understood exactly what was going on.

We told Fadi that we were thinking of moving and didn’t want to rent a furnace. We preferred to pay in full, and he gave us a fair deal. We also added duct cleaning and a new thermostat. He gave us a clear quote, we agreed, and the work started Monday at 9:00 a.m.

The team arrived on time and finished everything in about six hours. They removed the old furnace, installed the new one with updated piping and venting, cleaned the air ducts, and installed the new thermostat. Everything was done professionally and efficiently.

Fadi took the time to show us how everything works before he left. The furnace worked great, we paid exactly what was agreed upon, and he told us to call anytime if we had questions.

Fadi is professional, easy to talk to, and very straightforward. His team is just as good: licensed, hardworking, knowledgeable, and they kept the work area clean the entire time.
