The technician arrived midway within the window that was given to me. He was careful to cover his shoes coming in the front door. He took time to explain the different options that were available to me as well as showing me how I would need a different electrical outlet if I were to choose the waterless tank option. Although I initially was not looking for information, I asked a lot of questions and he gave me the answers that were informative and without pressure.

Amazing experience all around. Marc caught me at the right time and talked me through all of my concerns. 24hrs later I was all set up. New A/C, Furnace, and Reverse Osmosis system all under 4 hours. And my house looks just like it did before the team came. Still a mess! But no extra cleaning in my end and it rained the whole time! Great crew! If you are on the fence call Marc and pull the trigger. 5 stars from my experience!

We used Reliance for Water softener, reverse Osmosis unit, and a generator. Marc Sattler was our initial contact, he was extremely helpful, professional and courteous. He kept in touch throughout the whole process from ordering to installation, and more importantly delivered on his promises in a timely manner The installation guys were also exceptional. It was a pleasure dealing with him, I would recommend Marc for anyone needing any of the products and services that Reliance offers.

I had a great experience with the technician from Reliance. He was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable, and he found quick, effective solutions to the plumbing issues I was having.
The only downside was with the original call centre. I scheduled both a sink repair and a shower spout fix, but the shower issue was not added to the schedule, which caused some unnecessary delay and wasted time on my end.
That said, the technician handled it extremely well. He adjusted his schedule to accommodate the additional repair and made sure everything was fixed properly. He truly saved the day.
Overall, excellent work by the technician, and kudos to Reliance for hiring a true professional.

My technician gave me a call to let me know he was arriving gave me a 15 min heads up but reliance also gave me the text reminder which both were appreciated. He had shoe covers he put on at entrance of my home which was nice and respectful. After inspection he advised me he can replace my tank . He was tidy asked questions before just finding things on his own. Respectful of my home. Lay down mats to protect my carpet and floor. He worked own his own; was efficient clean and explained to me what he was going to do and showed me the end results. Professional young man . Was happy with job well done. He went above and beyond. He even advised me re renting vs hassle of owning a tank. Im happy with having someone come test my water and may consider installation of water softener; i inquired about. He had knowledge. And happy to answer my questions. Polite . And work was done in the time he planned and even ensured i was ok with the time frame prior to exchanging. He was actually done before the 2 hr s. Saef introduced himself and he was courtious and would have him back and recommend reliance due to this employee. I thank the call i made to service the day prior who sent out the technician . Fast service !! Great employees!!!

Excellent service from Reliance Home Comfort for a service call regarding my hot water tank. From the nice lady who answered my call and placed a request for service to the professional service man, Saef #115395 who attended my residence and replaced the tank. He was kind, informative and the result was perfect! I love my new hot water tank and the entire experience. I give Reliance Home Comfort on a scale from 1-10 a perfect 10, a five 🌟 rating. all around. from the sales team, customer service and actual field technician. all have been very in synch, helpfull, resolved my issues within a timely manner. i.e. my tankless water heater, i called for a quote on Wednesday and the filed tech's were at my house the following morning with a new one. I'd be happy to refer to any of our family and friends.

The service was great helpful, easy, and stress-free from start to finish. I was able to clearly explain my needs, and they worked within my budget while taking the time to explain the entire process. The day of installation was the smoothest setup I’ve ever experienced. Everything was completed in a timely manner, and they even showed me how to use my thermostat. They took the extra time to clean and vacuum the area, which I really appreciated. The whole process was easy and seamless, and I’m very satisfied especially considering this was a large setup done during the winter. Excellent work both inside and out!
