I cannot recommend Windsor Electric Eel highly enough! Tim is an exceptional plumber—professional, honest, and truly reliable.

We had a serious drainage backup at our building that created a major problem for our tenants, Pizza restaurant’s kitchen. As the building owner, I contacted Tim, and he responded right away. He came out, worked hard to diagnose the issue, and then returned a second time within just 2 hours to fully fix the problem.

What really impressed me was his integrity—he did not charge anything extra for the second visit. In today’s world, that level of honesty is rare. His pricing is very fair, and he genuinely cares about solving the problem the right way, not just making money.

He also gave excellent advice to help prevent future issues, which shows his experience and professionalism.

We are extremely happy and grateful for his service. If you need a plumber, Tim from Windsor Electric Eel is the one to call. Absolutely 5-star service!

Using this company was a breeze. Very efficient and clean. I’ve had issues for years being in south Windsor with roots in my drains. I usually get my main line cleared annually to insure I don’t have reoccurring issues. My family (all located in Windsor Essex) have utilized this company for over 30 years. Thank you again!

Mike was remarkable when I called in a panic because my drain backed up. He was fast and very affordable. I would recommend him for all of my plumbing needs!

Mike came out to help with some clogged pipes and was excellent from start to finish. It was easy to coordinate with him and once he arrived he had the job done in no time. He explained the whole process and then gave us tips for future prevention. 10/10 would recommend.

I highly recommend this company and their worker TIM. Tim is great! We had a sewer back up, I called a lot of places but very unresponsive. I tried reliance thinking they're expensive but they're quality of services are great so as they say you get what you pay for. Unfortunately, reliance came to our house 2 times, paid $450 each time they came because apparently they have to charge each unit to eel and look where the back up is coming from. After the second time reliance came and not able to repair the sewer, its still backing up and they said they will have to come back for the 3rd time. Before the 3rd time, my husband even rented the eeling equipment at home depot and tried to do it but its still the same. The sewer is still backed up. A friend recommended this place and told me to request TIM. So I did and at that same day, they he came to fix our sewer and in a few minutes, not even an hour, our sewer is fixed. And we did not even pay that much compared to the amount we paid with Reliance. So sometimes its just advertisement, don't let it fool you.

We had an emergency plumbing leak and Mike responded, found our issue and repaired it very quickly. Mike was very professional and knowledgeable about what had happened. As well as fixing our issue at a reasonable cost, he also recommended simple everyday things we could so that we did not run into this problem again in the future. In turn saving us money. I would highly recommend Windsor Electric Eel and Mike for future plumbing needs.
