Originally posted a 1 star review but have changed to a 5 star review. Plumb doc was doing work on my neighbors house and long story short hit my water line which left me without water for a short period of time(not exactly plumb docs fault, more of a city of windsor fault for placement of lines). The owner reached out to me and gave me several options to reconcile, all of which were good, generous offers. He also made it clear he wants to be in good standing with clients / potential clients. I was impressed by how the situation has been handled and Plumb Doc will be considered to fix any plumbing issues at my house going forward.

Craig has done great work for me over the years. He is available around the clock and his services are always priced fairly. He has done such great work around my house, I’ve even brought him to do plumbing work at my place of business. Trustworthy, reliable and always professional.. Call Plumb DOC for all your plumbing needs!!

Excellent plumbing company ! Answered calls promptly - showed up on time - had all the parts and tools on first visit !!!!! Only trade I’ve seen to have everything needed ! Excellent knowledge - was able to repair all my outdoor plumbing issues - bathroom , sprinklers , shutoffs , other sudden leaks ! Perfect job done and very reasonable. I couldn’t be happier.
