Our plumber sent us here to look at plumbing fixtures for our bathroom renovation. They had a great selection on display. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Products and service is 5 star. THE HOLD MUSIC however, is horrible and makes you feel like you are at funeral. PLEASE CHANGE IT, then I will put 5 stars.

Don’t go here if you are a homeowner or paying CAD. They cater to big companies and over charge. $201 dollars for 4 lengths of 2” ABS. I was purchasing it for my Plumber who turned out didn’t need the material, wanted to return it in less then 24hrs and was told no. The times with Co vid, they want to make there money wherever they can because options are limited.

We recently purchased a home that is 18 yrs old with very nice quality fixtures but 18 yrs old nonetheless. I had an issue with a deck tub diverter leaking. I pulled the cartridge and took it to a number of the "usual spots" all of which had no idea what it was or where it came from. I then went to EMCO on Temple drive where everyone there was so friendly and accommodating. The counter staff called a woman by the name of Natalie from the front office to look at the part. She took photos and told me "she would figure it out." A day later she called with the name of the manufacturer and the cartridge part number. Impressive. But even more impressive is that this is not something that they could source. She went to great lengths to solve my problem knowing that I would ultimately not end up purchasing the part from them. I can state for certain that if and when I require any plumbing needs moving forward it will be sourced form EMCO and you should do the same.

The worst place with the worst customer service. Stay away from Olivia!

My wife and I went to buy sinks for our new built home. Upon arriving they have a sign stating to call a number. Upon calling we were told we needed an appointment. I asked Olivia if they have an opening because I am traveling and only need 2 mins of her time. She refused. She said she had an appointment in 20mins. I told her that we knew the model which they carry and just wanted to place an order. We only needed 2 mins of her time. She kept refusing. She mocked us was very rude and stood behind the glass door and not let us in. I do not recommend anyone uses this company. Horrible customer service.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff! I went to a couple of big box stores and another plumbing supply store and no one had any idea how to change a rubber washer on leaky screwless shut off valve. Gentlemen at EMCO was able to find a part with exact fit and instructed me how to proceed. I'm glad I found this place as I will only shop there for all my plumbing needs.

I had to take care of a warranty replacement for pump and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Communication was excellent, I didn't have to call to get an update throughout the entire process. Customer service was amazing.
