My kitchen sink was backed up. He came over the same day and got it unclogged in less than 10 minutes and gave a fair price. I did have the kitchen sink prepped, so all he had to do was use the electric eel. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

I would give zero stars if possible, I called him 5 times he said he’ll come around 11 and then kept changing the time. I have leakage my in my house I cannot turn on the water at all. Do not recommend this business at all

Had a badly clogged shower that was overflowing. Called Windsor drainage and problem solved within 24 hrs. Great service and fair prices, will definitely be using again for all plumbing needs

These guys get 0 stars. They came to unclog my bathroom sink a while ago. After pressuring me for a 5 star review, the sink didn't stay unclogged for long.

Got them a second time and they seem to have finally done it (we'll find out) but in the process, they made a giant water mess, and left sewage water in my bathroom garbage can. They ALSO managed to completely wreck the flooring around my toilet. Cracked broken and lifting up.

I also asked them TWICE to stick around for a couple minutes to make sure the sink continued to drain because the first time they were here, they barely let the water run. They completly ignored me and left.

Absolute unproffesional hacks. Don't use them

I highly recommend this company—they saved me thousands of dollars! 💸 Two other companies came to check my issue, and neither was able to access the cleanout. One of them even told me I had a broken underground pipe.

Then Brother Ali came. He told me it was 90% blocked and said he would do his best. He was incredibly patient and dedicated to the job. Bit by bit, he worked on the grease-clogged pipe until it finally opened up completely.

Thank you, Ali! You saved me from having to break tiles and spend way more than necessary. 🙏

Best plumber in the city. I had a blocked sunk pump. He fixed it in no time. I had issues with one of my toilets. He showed up promptly and fixed the problem. Very professional and efficient.

There's enough one star reviews on this place to give one pause before coming in. Full disclosure, I'm not a plumber but I'm also working under the belief that a place that is open to the public is going to expect that a good chunk of their business comes from laypeople. The "gentleman" behind the counter today was clearly more interested in getting back to his breakfast sandwich that actually listening to me and offering some worthwhile advice, as opposed to "You're not a plumber, I don't have time for this" Me being the idiot I am, I actually apologized to him...twice... before leaving. Sir, you work at the parts counter at a plumbing supply place. If you don't have the "time" to assist a customer with his inquiry, perhaps you need to rethink your vocation.

Buyer beware. Be sure to review your receipt. We were charged for an upgraded model of a kitchen faucet that was never installed. When questioned, the representative said " What do you want me to do about?".
