Wolesley added a 25% "handling" fee on an instock part that was a replacement under warranty. Despite calling them in advance, the tech informing the sales rep that itwasfor a warranty replacement, the fee was not communicated at all. The original invoice for the sale of the part did not list the charge. After returning the defective part for the refund they suddenly added the $140 charge because the water heater the part was for was not bought there. When I called and asked why they added the charge after the fact the manager was completely unwilling to work with me and actually stated it was my fault because the tech should have spoken to her, this despite the fact that the tech clearly indicated it was for a warranty replacement when buying the replacement part. Wolesley were very underhanded in this transaction, charged hidden exhorbitant fees after the fact and refused to work with the client despite clear miscommunications. Had I known about the 140 dollar charge to begin with I wouldve bought from another company.

Had the pressure switch I needed. Great customer service. They have a lot of milwaukee tools in stock and i noticed the bit prices are betterthat big box stores. All the parts I would ever need.
