Mark should become a track star he knows how to run away from work. They were called in for a job they pointed out a bunch of things, didnt bother to write a single quote and screwed us around just before Christmas. The sewer backed up into the laundry sink they came back when it came time to do work the following day we were told there was a death in the family and get someone else.

This company was supposed to come today to install our hood vent for our GAS stove. They called this morning to cancel stating they are only doing emergencies right now. So cooking with an unventilated gas stove with 3 kids in the house is not an emergency? They said "Well, you have been cooking with it for a while now" NOT TRUE, we just moved here on November 20th, it is not December 21st. The stove wasn't even hooked up for the first few weeks, we made the appointment a week and a half ago. So what constitutes as a while???????? 3 kids in a house with an unventilated gas stove!

I have dealt with this company over the years for plumbing and a/c issues and they are outstanding. Great service, great work and great prices. I will continue to do business with them. Thank you!

used craig plumbing three times.third time, a water heater was installed. that evening, there was a problem.i called, and left a message. by 8 a.m., doug called, and his guy was here by 8:30, and fixed it -- a minor adjustment on a mixing valve -- not the fault of the installation.

Needed some eel work done. We first hired an eel company and they couldn’t get the work done. Called Craig and they worked until it was fixed. We have a family of 5 working with one toilet so I needed it done ASAP. And they got it done. We highly recommend Craig plumbing

Doug and his crew did all the plumbing and a/furnace in 97. We deal with them only. One very cold and snowy winter we called Doug. 2:00am.. He came had to park across the street. Climbed over snow banks and fixed our heat. They are the best. Also senior discount. He has become like family.

Someone was suppose to come take a look at my furnace and make a quote. Didn’t show up on appointment date. Didn’t receive any calls or emails from them.I called them couple days later and they said that they don’t want to deal with my project cause it’s too small. No problem with that. The least you could do guys is notify me so I don’t wait for you and find another company.Maybe I don’t know something about business but in my personal opinion it is unacceptable.

As homeowners, we have used their services several times over the last couple decades.
