Matt came to fix an emergency plumbing issue I had at my place. He was amazing!! Huge smile on his face the entire time and did everything he could to fix the problem. Best experience I have had with a plumbing company ever and will always recommend Bubbly’s for any plumbing issue

Great experience. The guys (Matt and Brittan, hope I got that right) showed up on time had me walk them through what I wanted them to look at and address and then they got to work. Some of it was straight forward and some proved to be a challenge but they both kept me informed throughout their work and asked before doing work that I hadn't planned on but needed to be done. They could not do all the work that needed to be done because some of it was unexpected by me and them and some of the old plumbing was obviously not done be a professional or someone with plumbing experience. I knew some of the old work was wrong but didn't know how much of it was.They took photos and said they would do some research on options, talk to some of their coworkers and get back to me with some options and an estimate. At the end of the job they cleaned everything up which was appreciated. I am not looking forward to having more work done BUT I am looking forward to having the peace of mind that everything that needs to be fixed or brought up to par will be done and done professionally. Great work guys.

No question of a 5/5 rating. Don was professional, thoughtful and focused in his work. Apprentice Britain has an excellent tutor. We very much appreciated the courtesy and kindness exhibited to us as seniors.

Nice polite staff who were very friendly. The plumber’s were very knowledgeable & had the parts to repair the leaky shower faucet which made the visit efficient. I was impressed with the plumbers using boot protection & their clean up ! The price of the repair & parts were very reasonable….I definitely recommend Bubby’s Plumbing !

Dan is an amazing worker. Bubbys plumbing is lucky to have such a hard working individual! I watch him sweat trying to fix the problem I had with the backup of sewage in my basement! Thanks again Dan you are amazing!

Had a great experience with Alex and Britt today. They installed my new washing machine quickly and took the time to test it out and make sure it didn’t leak any water. They are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and go above and beyond to be helpful. Highly recommend!

Alex was amazing. He came out so quickly and got our water main and valves fixed in no time at all. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. 100% would recommend.

Kyle and Marshall came out later in the day to install my hot water heater. They worked fast and left their work area immaculate. They explained everything I needed to know. I will never call anyone else.

Matt has a great positive personality. Explained the process to me step by step and got the work done efficiently. He left my washroom clean after done working in it. I can really tell he loves his profession.

Called Bubby's for an emergency sump pump situation that caused my cold room and basement to flood. I had a tech come out within the hour. Don was amazing, great customer service, new what he was talking about and explained everything at each step. He was able to replace my sump pump and have the water drained within 45 minutes of arriving. I would highly recommend bubby's especially if Don is your tech.

had been waiting for some time just to have the seal in my toilet replaced to stop it from constantly running. I received a message from the management company with an approximate timeframe of 10:00–10:30 AM for the plumbers to arrive.

I heard a knock at the door while I was upstairs on the other side of the house. I didn’t know for certain it was the plumbers, but I assumed it likely was, so I started putting my dogs into their crates so they wouldn’t be in the way before answering the door. It took me about a minute or so to get them secured before heading downstairs.

To my surprise, when I came downstairs I found two people already inside my house. I had never opened the door and never invited anyone in.

At that moment I had no idea who they were or why they were there. There was nothing identifying who they were or what company they worked for, so from my perspective it looked like two strangers had entered my home without permission. It wasn’t until one of them spoke and identified himself that I realized they were the plumbers.

I immediately asked him, “Is it normal practice for you to just walk into someone’s house?” and told him very clearly that what he did was extremely unprofessional. Entering someone’s home without permission is completely unacceptable.

His response was that he “didn’t think I heard the knocking,” and when I pressed the issue further his exact response was:
“Well if you want, I can leave and you can get the seal fixed later, or I’m here now.”

That response completely missed the point. The issue wasn’t whether the repair would get done — the issue was that two strangers had already walked into my home without permission.

I’ll be honest — if he hadn’t immediately spoken up and identified himself, that situation could have gone very badly. When someone unexpectedly finds unknown people inside their home, their first instinct is to protect their home and family. Situations like that can escalate very quickly, which is exactly why you never enter someone’s house without being invited in.

Despite the situation, I told him fine, go ahead and replace the seal since I had already been waiting a long time to have it fixed.

I also want to point out that I have two large German Shepherds, which is exactly why I was taking a moment to secure them before answering the door. If those dogs had been loose and someone decided to walk into my house uninvited, the situation could have turned out very differently.

After finishing the job there was no communication at all. They didn’t say a word, simply walked out of my house, slammed their truck doors, and sped out of my driveway like they were upset for being called out.

The entire interaction showed a complete lack of professionalism, basic respect, and common sense.

I want to make it clear that this review is not about the company name itself — it’s about the people representing it. When employees behave like this inside a customer’s home, it raises serious questions about the standards the company allows under its name and the level of professionalism customers can expect

Alex did an excellent job replacing our main shut-off valve. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The work was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. It’s a huge relief knowing the valve was replaced properly. Highly recommend Alex if you’re looking for a reliable and skilled plumber!
