This is the third time I have used Bubby's to assist with plumbing issues. Alex and Brittan were thorough in fixing my issue, very polite and comfortable to have in my home. I recommend using this company!

Can’t say enough good things about Bubby’s Plumbing. We had just closed on our house and immediately found out the kitchen and laundry sinks wouldn’t drain (awesome timing 🙃). I called Thursday and they came out Friday, which was a huge relief.

The plumber was super nice, explained everything, and had the problem fixed in about an hour. Turned out there was a plastic bag stuck way down the line. Everything’s been draining perfectly since. Also, congrats to him and his wife on their upcoming baby!! Fast, professional, and just good people. Would absolutely call them again!

From the quote to the installation, Marc, Wes and Scott were incredibly helpful, professional and gave us a fair price.
You can tell this is a family run business. They really appreciate your business and it shows.
I’d never consider going with anyone else.
Not to mention, these guys aren’t too hard on the eyes, if you know what I’m saying. *wink wink*.

Great service. They came on time, fixed several issues, most importantly the sewer smell coming from the floor drain. It's been a few days since it was eeled, and so far it appears that the problem has been solved. If it reoccurs, they will return with a camera to further investigate. All the work was done in 1.5 hours. Very efficient, very clean, wearing shoe covers and leaving no mess behind them. I did discover a leak after they left, and they fixed it the next day. Thanks so much to both crews for their exceptionally good work!! I will definitely use Bubby's services again.

Bubby's Plumbing is hands down the best Plumbing company in my opinion. Been using them for a decade now. Had a slow draining shower and sink. Dan the plumber from Bubby's was professional, punctual, polite and did a fantastic job. They always do a great job seem to know what the problems are and get to work and get it done in no time. Shane & Kyle from Bubby's are both AMAZING, EDUCATED, KNOWLEDGEABLE, POLITE & KIND. The Professionalism these 2 gentleman displayed while in our home went above & beyond anything I expected. I will NEVER have any other Plumbing companies come to my home for my Plumbing needs and that's FACTS. Do yourself a favor and stop wasting time, and money on goofy plumbing companies like RFG Plumbing who don't even take their shoes off when they came in my house. This company their employees put these gentle black covers OVER their shoes before coming in. I am so IMPRESSED with the Service I received from Shane & Kyle that I had to call the office & let them know how happy I was with the service I received. I had the opportunity to speak with another amazing employee Jenn who was an absolute sweetheart, she to was KIND, PROFESSIONAL and extremely accommodating. All 3 of these employees deserve the recognition I'm giving them because it's not often you find this level of Professionalism and kindness in employees/people like I did today with Buddy's. I had Bubby's come to my house a few years back and relocate 2 washrooms, 1 on the main floor and one in the basement. They also replaced all the water lines throughout my house, added a sink in the garage and a sink in the laundry room and 2 outdoor hose taps. Busting up the cement floor and installing new drain lines too. Their team was in and out in one day.

Fast forward to last week, we had some issues in our second story washroom. I needed a shower tap and toilet repair that I have been putting of for awhile. ( kid's washroom I do not use lol)

I called Bubby's to set up an appointment. The office girl was straight up clear about the cost and time frame I can expect the service team to be at our home. ( I'm sorry, I forgot her name.)
Upon arrival, both Kyle M and Alex introduced themselves, put boot covers over their boots and went to see the task at hand. They went to their truck and grabbed all necessary tools and parts to do the job. I will tell you this, my wall tap made them work for their pay that day and in the end they won the battle of having rubber o-rings stuck inside the tap causing a simple job to become a "should of stayed in bed kind of day."
They finished both repairs, cleaned up their work area and left like they were never there.
You can tell exactly what kind of company Bubby's Plumbing is by the way the employees represent themselves and the company in a manner in which after the job is finish, you are satisfied about the work completed, work area cleaned, the easy on line payment system and knowing you have a trusted local business on speed-dial for any future plumbing needs.
I will recommend them to anyone looking for big or small projects.
Thanks again Kyle M and Alex for taking care of what my girls made my problem on my day off.

Alex did a great job with my plumbing needs today, he was very polite and did a great job cleaning up the work area after he was finished. He asked me if there was anything else that he wanted me to have look at as well. We always use your company because of employees like Alex that you have working for you. I am 100% satisfied.

Extremely professional and polite. Prompt response to initial inquiry. Showed up and fixed the issue the same morning. Really impressed and will go back for any future plumbing issues.

Had a clog Thursday and was thrilled to be squeezed into an opening the next day. Shawn and Kyle are great! Very friendly and knowledgeable. This was my first experience with Bubbys. I will definitely keep their number handy and recommend them with no hesitation.

Super thankful for Alex coming to the rescue on a Sunday after my basement had a backup of 2 inches of water. After calling another couple plumbers that either did not respond or the person on the line didn’t know if someone should show up. Alex at Bubby’s Plumbing responded right away and said he could be at my place in 20 minutes after finishing up another job. So thankful and he was so kind and able to open up the basement drain so the water could drain out! I would recommend Bubby’s Plumbing in a heartbeat after how great they were today. Bubby's is a very well organized, professional plumbing services company. They show up on time, and do very nice work. Staff is polite and friendly and keep you informed as to that they're doing. Will definitely use again and recommend to others.

Alex and KD were very polite and professional. They explained everything they did and put the effort into doing extra checks, even after they had appeared to solve the problen. They even took the time to tell me what I should emphasize to the receptionist if I ever had to call for their service again in the future. I highly recommend them.

Had to call up Bubby's today, Had a busted pipe from the cold laying on the ground. Still by far the best plumbing in Windsor, even on emergency they are reliable and great at their job. Thanks again Matt for helping us out with that water main leak the way you did. Appreciate it!

Alex at Bubby’s Plumbing was on time, friendly, and very personable. He installed an American Standard Cadet Pro toilet in under an hour and was professional and thorough the entire time. He walked me through how to remove the seat, and everything was done cleanly and efficiently. Excellent experience overall—highly recommend!

Called Bubby's at 10 am after my pipe was burnt through the night and leaking everywhere. They came to my home at noon and did a wonderful job. The pipe were old and needed to replace them . The taps were corroded also so they replace them also. Price was reasonable. Would definitely recommend and use again. Thank you.

We’ve had Bubby’s Plumbing at our house several times now—first to replace some old pipes, then to clean our pipes, and more recently to install a new hot water tank. Funny enough, before we even knew they offered that service, I told my husband, “I wish we could find a company like Bubby’s to handle our new water tank.” So it was such a nice surprise to learn that they do that too!

They take care of all the boring, stressful parts for you—like getting the city permits and even returning the old water tank—it was really nice that we didn't have to deal with this part. They respond quickly, they’re always on time, and the whole experience just feels easy.

Highly recommend and will be using their services again for sure 😊

5/5 stars go to Alex & Kyle for job well done. Had a blocked kitchen drain, and Alex worked his hardest best to get it cleared. He also re-piped the plumbing under the sink which was dripping after he left, but after a quick phone call to the office, without hassle he came back a rectified the problem.
Professionalism at its best. Alex explains as he works, which is nice. Hopefully I never need a plumber ever again, but if I do, I would NOT hesitate to call Bubby's Plumbing.
