Three weeks after the tankless system underwent a flush and ceased water heating, another malfunction occurred. The company dispatched a technician the following day, who resolved the issue without identifying the cause of the accident. We purchased a new Bosch unit from this company 2 years ago, and it operates on whole-house soft and filtered water. I consider Superior Plumbing & Heating reliable and punctual. In addition to heating, our technician has a gas license.

Had a leak under the kitchen sink in our rental condo and needed someone out on a Saturday. Superior Plumbing and Heating picked up and had Chandler there within a few hours. He fixed the issue without any fuss and was easy to deal with from start to finish. As a landlord, finding a trade that's reliable and responsive on short notice is not always easy, so it's good to know these guys are around. Would definitely call them again.

We had a pipe rupture when temps fluctuated drastically last month. Superior sent Chris and his team quickly and were very punctual and communicated well. Repair was done quickly and clean. They educated me with what happened how to avoid this in the future. I recommend.

Disgusting behaviours by their delivery staff. Swearing profusely in front of small children. Blocking people's drive way and telling them they have room to get out of their blocked driveway.

I bought a gas overhead furnace exhaust pipe from Marks about 6 years . At the time, I didn't know anything about the different types of pipe and was trying to match it up to anyone one that I already had.
I never thought about writing a review until recently when I was asked where I bought it. I had to look online and then started reading the reviews. I felt that I had to write mine.
This was my experience. The person that I spoke to the phone was very pleasant. When I arrived that person was busy. The person who helped me was in a pissy mood. Anyway, it turned out to be the wrong pipe type and I was told no returns. I wasted about $60. There are just to many other choices and you will never get my service again.
