I have used this business for 20 years for A/C maintenance, plumbing, etc. and they have been excellent. The quality, service and price have been excellent. Thank you for all of your work and the work that you did today as it is much appreciated.

I have a very deeply ingrained hesitation with letting people I don’t know into my house, let alone to work on things I know nothing about (such as plumbing.) I’ve had previous experiences that would leave anyone a little gun-shy, so I decided to ask around. Craig Plumbing was recommended, but still, I was nervous. -I needn’t had bee though! To my utter surprise and delight, Mark showed up and was super-professional and friendly. He got straight to work without any hesitation and didn’t talk down to me or dismiss me when I asked questions. He spoke with me in layman’s terms and explained in detail what was needed and why. Mark did the job properly and efficiently (even though I’m sure it was a bigger job than anyone initially thought.) I would 10000% recommend this company to anyone in need of quality work at a reasonable price. Thank you again to Mark

RS Craig plumbing and heating were very professional punctual and pleasant to deal with. My furnace is now fully functional and my home heat recovery ventilation system is working perfectly. The bill was very reasonable and I will deal with them again. Highly recommend. Solid 5 star rating.

Our house is older and has had its share of plumbing quirks as we have renovated over the years. They’ve provided sound advice and upgraded our services to modern standards. They also maintain our furnace annually. Barry visited our home recently to give us some advice on our laundry room basement floor which has an exaggerated slope towards the drain. He didn’t need to do that but he did and his recommendations were greatly appreciated and helpful. Good people, good work, and standard prices.

Came within short notice which was super appreciated. Fixed my issue no problem which was amazing.

That being said after it was fixed, I was asking the technician questions and instead of looking at me or answering me the homeowner he was directly looking/answering my mother who doesn’t even reside at the home (probably because I’m young) but it felt slightly ignorant to me which makes me a little hesitant to want to call them back if I ever have future issues. Thanks.

Our furnace broke down a year ago, my brother recommended RSCraig plumbing and heating. We needed a very specific size unit, which they were able to find and install so incredibly quickly. Today, we needed our bathtub tap fixed. Mark came promptly, and fixed it better than new! Excellent customer service, friendly and professional. From reception to the completion of the job, the customer service was exceptional!. Don't even consider calling anyone else.

Most parts in stock, however lack of customer service, and not much knowledge when it comes to the parts we need caused us to choose another wholesaler
