Thank you to Tim who quickly came out to my home to assess my pipe problem. He was kind, efficient and would highly recommend. Good workers are hard to come by these days. Tim did a fabulous job! Please call this company for any of your needs. They will not dissapoint!

Mike was amazing. He came when we had other plumbers check out our issue and couldn't solve the problem. Mike came in for a fraction of the price and FIXED it same day. Very happy with their customer service.

Tim was quick to get here and had water flowing in about 15 minutes. Price was reasonable. Would highly recommend .

Tim is amazing!!!! I can thank him enough. I had other plumbers out twice this week and couldn't fix the issue, or even properly diagnose it, and they gave up and told me to call him. I'm so glad they told me to because Tim came out the same day (after he was already way behind and had a long day) and asked me the right questions to diagnose the problem and fix it right away. The professionalism showed was excellent. I am 7 months pregnant having to use the bathroom often and I wasn't able to use my bathroom at all before Tim came and saved the day. Highly recommend the services.

Use's Windsor Electric Eel for our subcontracted eel services, and working with Tammy, especially since she recently became their new answering service has been fantastic. She’s always pleasant, knowledgeable, and consistently remembers me and our previous calls, which is incredibly helpful for this type of work. The experience has been great, and I really appreciate the level of professionalism and personability she brings. I also have to highlight Mike and Tim, the two who handle most of our buildings. They are outstanding at what they do, highly knowledgeable, quick to respond, and they’ve taken the time to learn the layout and needs of every building they service. I had 2 other plumbers come to my house to try to fix my problem but they couldn't. I called Pannunzio Drainage. They never gave up and fixed my problem. Great communicators and prompt. Highly recommend.

So happy that they do a good job for their paying customers! They show ZERO concern for anyone else living near by. They dropped their rock and parked their truck in front of my door. Not the house they were working on and made it so I could not get in. So I park in the alley and then the guy comes to move rock and the rocks are flying a my brand new car while he’s shovelling. And when I speak to the workers. They ignore me. ZERO CARE OR CONCERN! Shame on you!

As long as the paying customer gets their job done, who cares if anyone else’s life of being affected.

Very Unprofessional and rude. I heard him talking to his employees and being very disrespectful and belittling them. I would never hire him. Do not recommend.
