Stopped in early before heading into the office myself because unfortunately you’re not open on the weekend. Spent 15mins wandering your showroom because I’m in the market for new bathroom fixtures. Two guys were sitting at their desks on their computers (said good morning to both). Neither one could be bothered to get up and see why I came in or ask if I needed some help. (I was the only person in the showroom by the way). Guess I wasn’t that important and I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

Terrible experience!!! I needed help finding a dishwasher part, and the staff ignored me and brushed me off. They told me that the part wasn’t available and they couldn’t help. So I went on YouTube and figured out which piece I needed, got the model number and found it at Rona at a great price. Installed it myself. Would never go back to this place or recommend it to anyone, such a waste of time.

The show room workers are so helpful. Natalie was amazing at helping me pick out everything I needed and answering my questions. When I couldn't figure something out I called and Kenzie talked me through it to fixed what I needed. Highly recommend
