After dealing with the owner Wes this past weekend would like to share my horrible experience. He wanted $700 cash with no receipt or my other option was $1080 on debit. It was less than a 20 Minuit job. I was told off and hung up on when I asked why his price was triple than the other reputable companies in the lakeshore area for the same eel job.

Thank you Wes for commenting on my review as well. My ring camera shows your employee Cam from the moment he pulled in my driveway to requesting payment roughly 23 minutes. If that type of job can not be completed in 20 minutes than how come it was? You told me off and hung up on me, not very professional

Professional, on time, true to their word. Qualities that are hard to find these days. Recommend them any day!!!

On Monday morning I called Plumb Tech to replace a spigot (diverter) in my bathtub (Moen). I spoke with Wes who said he was the owner. He said it would be wise to replace the cartridge while he was here. I agreed that it would be wise.
When the two installers arrived, they tracked mud water and salt from the outside through three rooms of the house (laundry room, kitchen and bathroom). When they left they left two black greasy smears on the back wall of the shower and the back wall of the tub. I called Wes to complain and was told "I know, I have told them many times to carry a pair of running shoes ad I am thinking about getting some of those disposable booties".
My wife didn't,t know whether to kill or cry. Thank goodness she cried.
I was charged $429.99 for the spout and cartridge. On Amazon.ca I could buy them for $49.99. They sell the complete tub and shower kit with tap, drain and shower components for $149.99. When I told Wes that I thought his charge was way out of line he said "I would like to help you, I'll get back to you." That was Monday before noon, it is now Wednesday after 6 o'clock and I have yet to hear from him.

Connor was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He removed my garbage disposal system and installed a new sink drain while keeping my kitchen clean. I would definitely recommend Plumb Tech.

We had a major clog in our main drain line which led to our crawlspace flooding. Calling around for most of the afternoon no companies were able to make it out that day and only one was available the following afternoon. Finally called Plumb tech and spoke with Wes who was able to ease my concerns and give some advisement on getting through to the following day while he did some scheduling to make sure he could get someone to my home first thing in the morning.

As promised, Conner arrived right at the start of the scheduled window I was given and he began his assessment.

It’s my nature to ask a lot of questions to gain insight and understanding as to what could be wrong and different options given different scenarios he may uncover. Conner was very polite and had no issues with me asking questions and gave very detailed explanations.

Work was completed in a very timely fashion and Conner left our bathroom (where he best had access to clear the clog) in the same state as it was before he got there.

Of course work being completed and issues being solved isn’t enough for me so I further inquired about what can be done to make our plumbing system better. Conner then called me on the phone to further explain his findings in regards to the drain line and advised of future work that would be best suited once we’re ready and able to. He also sent me the camera footage of our drain which I will be looking at whenever I feel like getting grossed out.

Wes and Conner were great to work with and ill definitely be giving them a call in the future when we need more work done. Thank you so much!

I will use Fowler plumbing all the time. They are efficient and fast. I had a terrible trap drip in the laundry room. Mario fixed both taps in less than 15 minutes. I certainly can afford their costs. Thank you again for another repair well done.

We recently had a major residential water service line replacement with Plumb tech. I was amazed by their quick response, professionalism and excellent customer service. They definitely have deep roots in the industry and know what they are doing. They explained thoroughly through the process, did great work and cleaned and restored everything after. On a Saturday morning, we discovered our toilets were gurgling and our tub would not drain. We called Plumb Tech and they sent a plumber within a few hours. He was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issue and set about fixing the problem. He had to pull up one of our toilets and eel our drains to remove roots causing a blockage. We were grateful for the weekend service and would definitely use Plumb Tech in the future.

This is a great service company. I called at 10pm last night and they were here at 8:15 am. The techs were knowledge, efficient any very tidy. I would highly recommend!!!! Now if I could just get my grandson to stop flushing toys down the toilet.

I have a 100 year old home which I recently purchased and there was a water leak was behind the wall. Obviously the first plumber didn't do it right and someone referred me to Protrades and a year and a half later it was leaking again (30 day guarantee, a lot of good that was)! I called PlumbTech and spoke with Wes and he reviewed the photos I sent to him with me. His son Josh came out and worked with the plasterer to cut through the plaster, he brought his assistant along and he had it repaired with minimal mess in just over an hour. Wes reassured me that it will last another 100 years! If you want the job done right call these guys.

We were in a pinch with a leaky outside tap in February. Plumb Tech was there within 2hrs of my call to them. Professionalism at its best! Thank-you Plumb Tech, top notch service!
