Called them for my clogged toilet and they came the next day. They unclogged the toilet in under 15 minutes and it didn’t cost that much.

I can't say enough about how wonderful Plumb Tech was when assisting my daughter and her fiance with replacing the lead pipes in the front of their new home. They we punctual, thorough, neat, courteous and kind. Thank you, Wes and team!

Wes came out on Sunday to deal with a plumbing issue I had. He was super helpful and solved my problem. Wes was amazing and I couldn’t have asked for better service. If anyone is in need of plumbing work done, he is your guy. Thanks again for the great work Wes!

I wish I could give zero or negative stars. Worst customer service ever received. They sent the guy named Connor to our house to fix a water back up issue in the basement- didn’t bring any equipment with him, entered the house with his shoes on- despite requesting him to take off his shoes. He made no efforts to find the root cause and came to a conclusion that the water back up was because of throwing wipes just because I mentioned that previously a few months back, we had this issue. Charges for his service fees of $169 after this and asked me to keep the taps running and flushing toilets every 5 minutes. I did that for 20 mins and the water starts backing up again; fortunately for me- this guy was still outside my house in his car- I go out and call him back; he then makes an effort to bring his equipment; goes to the basement, closes the door and drains the water and says everything is fixed; sends another invoice for $677- providing no explanation for what happened; Same evening at 7PM- we have the same issue and it worsened now because the water is not only backing up in the utility room, but also there is sewer back up in the bathroom showers. I am sharing the pics here for everyone to see!!!

We had an emergency situation with our apartment building 100 gallon hot water tank that failed and had to be replaced. 8 apartments without hot water for several days. We had contacted Julie and Wes in hopes that they could help and they came through for us like flying colours. We had a new tank and hot water within several days. We appreciate all the hoops you jumped through and prompt service to make sure our tenants were happy again. Thank you and we will for sure call on you again. Thanks Mark Schincariol

Wow not impressed!
1. Plumb Tech does not warranty their service.
I had service with them in June 2024 where they installed a frost free faucet. When I turned the faucet on in April 2025 it leaked. I contacted them telling them their faucet was was leaking. I expecting some kind of warranty. They sent a service out and replaced the faucet without telling me if it was under warranty or if there would be a charge. Then they told me I had to pay $310.00.
2. In June 2024 I contacted them asking for a price to install two toilets and two taps. I was told it would be $300.00 per toilet. The plumbers arrived installed the two toilets and two frost free taps without providing a price and after they finished advised I owed them over $1800.00. Wow. I thought they would warranty their work at that price and that is why I called them for number 1

I will never use them again GET A PRICCE UPFRONT.

We had such a great experience with this company and helping us to fix some outdoor plumbing. They were quick to visit when I called, fixed my issue same day and were super polite and affordable. Definitely recommend them!!

I am very happy with the battery backup installed on my sump pump & a couple other things that were addressed in my home. The plumber was knowledgeable & professional with the invoice reflecting the work done. Highly recommend & will definitely use again.

I had trouble with my hot water tank over the holiday weekend and ended up buying the wrong part to fix it. At Home Depot, I met Wes and his colleague, who were incredibly helpful. They not only advised me on the correct part but also went above and beyond by offering a part from their van when Home Depot didn't have it. Their willingness to help and ensure I had the right item was greatly appreciated. Kudos to these young workers for their outstanding customer service! Great job, gents!

Wes and his team were great to deal with. They sent a camera into my main drain and were able to pinpoint the exact location and cause of my drain issues. Wes and his team took care of everything from permits to pipe replacement. They kept to their schedule and completed the emergency work in a day. I would highly recommend Wes and his team at Plumb Tech.

They came to the rescue on Boxing Day! I cannot express my gratitude enough for the exceptional customer service and work they provided. Wes answered the call promptly and arrived to the house shortly after. I was pretty worried when I had called due to the holiday, unsure if they would be able to help me. Wes could hear my concern and was very warm and empathetic. He reassured me they would absolutely come take a look and fix the problem and they sure did! They knew exactly what the issue was and had it fixed right away. They were very thorough and professional. If you want quality work and excellent customer service, I highly recommend you go with Plumb Tech. I will certainly be recommending to them my family and friends!

We just had a new seal and shimmies installed in our toilet. Less than 5 years old. Although the technician was friendly and did the job, the price was outrageous!!! $99 for service call,which we knew,
but $249.99 plus $45.50 in tax for total $395.48 for ONE HOUR????? When booking we mentioned we were seniors but did not receive a discount, while probably small, it was not recognized. Very disappointed in this company. We thought we would try an established company for quick and reliable service.
Will never trust again.

Fantastic plumbing company. We had a leaking old valve and called them for a quote. They were out to inspect our valve within 24 hours. We explained our financial situation and they worked with us! They were in and out within an hour and did a wonderful job. Very professional and excellent customer service. I'd recommend them every time.

Rob and Ethan were fast and efficient working on our bathtub and inspecting our crawl space. Our bathtub was easily fixed and they cleaned up after themselves. 10/10 recommend.
