We had Your Plumber out to renovate our bathroom. We ended up going with a full gut and replacement of everything in our bathroom. Chris and Jesse were great to deal with and kept us updated through the whole process. They were very professional and remarkable. Darcy was very professional and helpful while choosing our options and went through everything in a depth manner . Darcy was truly remarkable and would recommended Your Plumber to anyone.

Job was done expertly, efficiently and in a timely manner. Workers were respectful of our house and cleaned up every day. It was a total gut job down to the studs and including plumbing changes. Started Monday and finished by Friday with the exception of the glass door which didn't come in until the next week but they set up a temporary bar for a shower curtain. Can't say enough good things about the job and the workers.

We are very happy with the shower doors and bracket for the handheld that were installed in our shower stall. Jesse and Chris at Your Plumber did a thorough and neat job after Darcy determined what we wanted and ordered the required materials. We recommend their company for your plumbing needs!

We had new cabinets put in with counters and the plumping changed to put a double sinks along with a tower. Our experience was wonderful from beginning to end. All the staff there were wonderful to work with. This is the second bathroom Your Plumber has done for us. Would absolutely recommend them. You won’t be disappointed I promise.

My husband and I were looking to have our upstairs bathroom gutted and renovated, though I did receive several estimates that were lower than Darcy’s we knew we had found the right company to renovate our bathroom after meeting him . Darcy was professional and answered any questions or concerns we might’ve had. When we met with Chris we immediately knew he was the perfect person to renovate our bathroom. Chris recognized my anxiety about the final results and assured me that I could trust him to deliver out outstanding results . His work exceeded our expectations. Since the completion of the bathroom, anyone who sees it can’t help but comment on how stunning our bathroom looks.. as the saying goes …you get what you pay for.

We are a retired couple and with only one bathroom, our shower was leaking and our plumbing was not in good shape. We had many quotes only to hear it will be 3 months before we can even attempt to fix it. Called Your Plumber and spoke to Darcy and he assured us they could help and within 2 weeks time and 2 days work we are now able to take a shower and not worry about any plumbing problems. Darcy, Cindy, Jesse and Chris are professional and are not only a contractor to us but have become like family.

We called "Your Plumber" to give an estimate for a small bathroom reno. Our plan was to get estimates from 3 or 4 places, but once we met Darcy and got his estimate, we just said go ahead when you can. In a couple of weeks, all the pieces he had ordered for our job had been received and he came to do the job. About 2 1/2 days later the job was complete! With no problems encountered, the job was done and we were so happy with the result. I am 82 and a bit handicapped, and Darcy built in a completely accessible shower, countertop & toilet. I feel so safe now with multiple hand grips, a grip at the sink and taller toilet. Everything I could ask for! We are 100% satisfied with the job and with Darcy and the reasonable cost! Don't hesitate to call him!

We had Your Plumber renovate our tub/shower area and install a new vanity top and sink in June, 2025. Darcy was great to deal with and installers Chris and Jesse showed up on time, did quality work and were able to get the installation work done in two and a half days.

All the staff here are amazing! From The Chatham Home and Garden Show Displays, to a viewing we had of products at the showroom, to Darcy coming to measure our bathroom and giving us our quote, to the two men who came to do the work, just great and very friendly. Even after the project was completed, I needed an itemized cost list for filing with income tax (accessible access shower and rails), it was no problem for them to provide it for me.
and the work done changed the bathroom completely and it is so much easier to just walk-in to the shower and get up from the toilet seat using the sturdy grab bars. The work was well-done, the clean-up was complete and all the junk was hauled away! I highly recommend this business! I would use them again.

Upon tearing apart, they discovered the original shower wasn't installed properly in the first place. They had all the tools and supplies on hand to fix the problem.
