Our dishwasher broke and started leaking everywhere. So I disconnected the dishwasher from the water but the shutoff wouldn't stop leaking. It was 7 o'clock at night and he drove over 30 minutes to us to repair the shut off. Fantastic work would 100% recommend. Appreciate all they do.

We are first time home buyers in Windsor area.
We had Nasir fix an old Ptrap of a laundry tub in the basement. We felt he charged us at least $800 more than what was needed.

We initially did not know this. We got this feeling after seeing his quote for our bathroom. Our bathroom had an old galvanized pipe in the drain and it was draining slow, he said our whole bathroom needs a renovation as there is no way to fix it without breaking the tub (we showed him a space in the wardrobe behind the tub from where he can access the pipe) but he said it’s impossible and gave us a quote for renovation of the bathroom.

We got suspicious this time and called Mr Rooters plumbing service. They evaluated and saw access from wardrobe and fixed the pipe thru the wardrobe hole for just $500.

This is when we realised we have been ripped off in the basement work. Please be aware.

I had an emergency plumbing issue on a Saturday night around 8:30 pm . Both of my kitchen sinks were all backed ( back-flow from pipes ) nasty!! I called GC draining , electric eel and plumbing and spoke to Nasir. He got my address and was at my house with 1/2 hour . Nasir and his guys came in assessed the situation and immediately started fixing my issue . Nasir told me to sit and relax and they would take take of it. They were in and out in no time . Me drainage has helped me multiple times and each time the service was great, honest, quick and reliable. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing and drainage project.
I included pictures of each project that they helped me with:
1- main drainage from the house to the city was broken. We are not sure why but this can happen because of bad installations from the original builder. Muhammad and his team diagnosed the issue, found the problem area and changed all the pipes that were dislocated.
2- IKEA vanity: drainage pipes are special to IKEA. Me drainage cleared the clogged drain and put back all the vanity drainage system with no issue and no leaks.
3- There was a toilet that would clog frequently. They changed the toilet and the problem went away.

The plumber arrived on time and fixed a badly clogged toilet quickly and professionally. The plumber explained what caused the problem and gave helpful advice on how to prevent it from happening again. The work was done efficiently and neatly, and the plumber was knowledgeable and courteous. I would highly recommend him for reliable plumbing services.
