These guys were amazing! I had a shower (mixer) faucet that needed a part to be replaced. Getting the old one out was very tricky (and an education), but they persevered and were successful. (I feared it was going to be a much bigger job involving drywall access, so I was delighted that wasn't the case.) The guys were on time, courteous, and cleaned up afterwards. Yes, I would use them again!

Fowler plumbing was very professional fast and efficient. They made the job nice and smooth from the quote to scheduling the appointment.

I would have them do work for me again any day.

I had a water line burst last weekend during our wonderful little cold snap. Mason came in, dug through was seemed like an archelogy project to repair the line.

Not only did he repair it right, he explained how to avoid this in the future. Timely, professional and overall very skilled and knowledgeable.

I was looking for a reliable company that does plumbing services. I used Chat GBT and I found Fowler Plumbing. I messaged Fowler Wednesday morning through their site and got a reply back on my email less than 10 minutes. Dealt with someone by the name of Alyssa. She asked me some questions on the issue I had and I was set up with an appointment for the next day with a time window 8:30-9:00AM. The day of the appointment, Marco came with someone else never got his name. Anyway I re explained the issue and within less than 45 minutes the issue was repaired and to top it off Marco went above and beyond taking care of some surface rust on the tub where the drain was. Very much appreciated on the great service. Kudos to everyone I dealt with.

Just recently our kitchen sinks completely stopped draining and they were able to fit us in with same day availability and solved the issue as quickly as possible. Mason even went as far as to give us best practices/suggestions for how to maintain our specific setup to help prevent future issues and made sure the kitchen was clean and tidy before leaving - nice touch!

We had a plumbing issue in our bathroom and decided to go with Fowler based on the Google reviews. Glad with our choice. Marco and Jack were very professional and explained what was going on and how it would be fixed. Knowing my home is older, Marco put my mind at ease and told me the plumbing in the house doed look good. I'll definitely use them again when needed.

Mason and his apprentice , Mo, came to fix our issue. They were both kind, respectful and very professional. They got the work done in a timely manner and the price was fair. I’ve been using Fowler Plumbing for years and I am always pleased with the quality of their work.

I had Fowler Plumbing install a water line to my fridge. The online quote was easy and fair. Mason was friendly, professional, and thorough, and he took the time to explain everything clearly. He and his apprentice Cody made a great team, and the job was done neatly and seamlessly. I’d gladly use them again and ask for Mason.

This was my first time using Fowler and I was very impressed. Based on the positive reviews I read, I had the confidence to contact Fowler via their contact form on their website (as opposed to calling). I received a response within 5 minutes with a proposed repair time the next day (my repair was not an emergency). My repair job involved having to coordinate with Enwin and so also required back and forth coordination with Fowler. All of the coordination was done electronically (i.e. very convenient) and each message received a very quick response. Fowler communicated in advance who would be doing the repair. While Mason was onsite doing the repair, he was respectful and polite, explained the repair along the way and cheerfully answered my questions ... a professional job. While we did have some technical trouble being able to pay for the repair electronically, the cost was fair. I would say that this was probably one of the best repair service experience I've ever had. Thanks very much Fowler. Well done.

Seems to me, after a few quotes, this company is the most competent bang for the buck you can find... You save money with this outfit.
Got an 'A' series toilet installed,(double or more money than big box stores 'B' series, but better everything), American Standard Pro Cadet for my daughter to give her piece of mind , that it's good quality, and done right.

They sent Marco down, very nice professional young man, easy to converse with, installed the unit, sealed it all up,(made it look pretty ), fixed the bit of wobble , new supply line... hauled off the old one....easy peasy for me, lol......all was good mostly, ....the box had the wrong seat, not a soft close.... pays to pay attention to what you are buying...one call to the office and they delivered the correct seat next day. We just used the old seat for now.
Marco is a plumber, not a janitor and I didn't expect him to wash the floor after, lol..it's all good
My daughter had issues with the old one, (probably 40 years old or more), and wanted it gone.
The extra expense getting the A series installed professionally, is worth it for her piece of mind, knowing it's top quality & all done professionally.
Spend a little more now, for less headaches later.
This new Pro Cadet fit nearly perfect on the floor over how the old one sat, which had a more square ish front. Even better, because the base is a touch wider with a much smaller tank and sat evenly on the new floor.. just a bit more gap behind at he wall..might have to brace it.
Far better performance. Always do your floor first, THEN get a new toilet! ( or measure carefully)
I would not hesitate to use Fowler for anything else plumbing I need in the future. My new go-to plumbing place!

We had a peice of plastic fall in the toilet and we could not get it out.
Since he was not able to come the same day he talked us through where the plastic would be.
With his advice we were able to get the plastic out and solved the issue.

Very professional and honest. Alex, the owner of Okie Walkerville Plumbing, is responsive and quick to get back to you. I had a sump pump replacement installed recently and his employees were fast and professional. When I had an issue with it, they came right away to troubleshoot. Highly recommended. Plus Alex is a character and fun to talk to.

After reading all the positive reviews I decided to give them a call as I had a blocked toilet.
I have to say, I was extremely impressed with the service they provided. I was lucky and they arrived within 20 mins and fixed the problem within 10 mins. These guys will definitely be my go to plumber for all my future needs.

After consulting the city to help eel our main drain because of tree roots, they deemed it wasn't tree roots and couldn't help us and we needed a plumber. I contacted OWP and they were able to get Caleb and Tyler out within a couple hours. Those guys were fantastic: friendly, great attitude, professional, thorough with the work, and open to answering all our questions and gave us tips for further maintenance. Absolutely fantastic service! Alex arrived right on time, which was a great start. They were professional throughout, completing the work efficiently and to a high standard. The quote provided was accurate with no unexpected costs, and they left the area spotless after finishing. I highly recommend their services!

Alex came by today to fix a few plumbing issues we had in the basement. He was able to come over within 24 hours, fixed our issues and gave us advice on what to do in the future.
